I. Introduction

A. We are glad that in our early age we already experienced selling in a trade fair
event. One of our best experience during that event, is when there’s a lot of
customers and evaluators appreciated our very own product which is the recycled
binder or so called “binderful”. Another is, when we communicate our customers
and convince them to buy our product as we applied the effective strategy that
our teacher taught us, on the other hand, our worst experience is when our
customers asked too many questions but in the end they will not buy our products.
B. The problems that we encountered are, choosing and deciding what product that
are we going to sell, setting the price of our decided product, when there are a lot
of asking about the product but we can’t answer them all at the same time, and
lastly when we are communicating with our customer, misunderstanding occurs
due to the environment is noisy.
II. Insights gained

a. On the first problem, we conduct, observations and different product that will suit
to the customer’s wants, need or demands. On setting the price of our product, we
computed the expenses, talent fee and appropriate mark up price. On our last
problem, we divided ourselves to focus on communicating with our customers to
satisfy their expectation and to answer their questions.
b. In our experiences in the trade fair, we learned a lot. One is being in a business
industry you should have patience, good in speaking skills and also hood in decision
making.
c. Results of Evaluation
 Product
Most of our customers rated very good on the product as to its usefulness.
Another very good to its creativity and attractiveness.
Most of our customers rated very good on durability and packaging of our
product.

 Market
Most of our customers rated very good as our product fits on today’s trend.
Half of our
Customers rated very good and half rated good on fitness of our product to
their needs and demands. All of our customers rated very good regarding the
quality and performance to its market needs and expectation.

 Price
All of our customers rated very good that the price of our product is
reasonable. All of our customers rated very good that the cost of our product
represent best value.

 Customer Service
Half of our customers rated very good and half also rated good on the
responsiveness dealing with them. Most of our customers rated very good and
only one rated good on professionalism on dealing with them.

III. Conclusion

A. Product
Most of the students/customers bought and ordered our personalized binders that
our fabric designed binder. This concludes that most our customers preferred on personalized
products because it is the trend today.
If you’re going to sell products, I recommend that you should sell personalized items.

B. Business
Since the trade fair event held at school, so our target market are students and
teachers, therefore this concludes that our business is aligned with needs and wants of
students and teachers.
Know first where the trade fair or event will be held then know what is your target
market. Therefore it’s easier for you to decide what will be your business.

C. In the Activity
The trade fair is indeed a great opportunity to showcase the talents of ABM students
in making their very own product. It has a great impact to the school and also to the
community because it can show or tell that “trash do not only give harm to us, but also we
can gain something and earn money out of it”.
The trade fair has limited time, it is only one day trade fair. Therefore this concludes
that the smaller the time to sell, the smaller with be your buyer.
We recommend that you should render a bigger amount of time on the trade fair so
that there will be more buyers on your product.
