SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENT:

That I, RJ RAMLIE R. SANSON, of legal age, Filipino, single,


with postal address at _________________________, do hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT my mother ROSARIO N. SANSON, likewise of
legal age, Filipino, married, and with postal address at Talabaan,
Zamboanga City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-
Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do and perform all
of any of the following:

To sign, prepare and present any and all documents relative


to the filling for the Petition for Issuance of new title in
our names, unto and over parcel of land, embraced with
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-221,223, covering Lot 8-
E-8-B, situated in the Barangay of Talabaan, Zamboanga City,

To attend and to testify, act for and in my name and stead to


represent me during the hearing of pre-trial conference in
lieu thereof;

To submit to alternate mode of dispute and resolution and to


enter stipulations or admissions of documents;

To execute and sign any and all papers, documents, necessary


for the Attorney-In-Fact to carry out the foregoing powers.

To accept and collect full payment in my name, the proceeds


of sale of the afore described property and sign for the
receipt thereof;

1. GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full


power and authority to do and perform all and every act
and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in
and about the premises, as fully as to all intents and
purposes as I may could lawfully do if personally present
with all the power of substitution or revocation and hereby
RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or
his substitute can lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue thereof.
