The conditions for actions enable you to change the default settings from the

action definition and assign a printer. In addition, the conditions for actions
contain a schedule condition, which determines when the document is printed.
For example, the road waybill is printed automatically upon goods issue
posting of the vehicle or transportation unit.

Printer and Form Determination in the EWM Application

As an alternative to the form and the printer defined in PPF configuration, you
can use printer and form determination to control which printer is used and
which type of form is to be printed depending on application data such as
warehouse number, means of transport and carrier. If you do not make any
settings in the printer and form determination, EWM uses the form and the
printer defined in the PPF configuration.
