This is with reference to our earlier notification dated 17.06.2019 wherein willingness
were invited for admission against 16 seats in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) & 05 seats in LL.M.
Programme under Foreign National / NRI / NRI Sponsored Category.
In furtherance of this, lists of top 32 candidates for the admission in B.A. LL.B.
(Hons.) Programme and 06 candidates for LL.M. Programme with their reporting time are
given below. Admission will be given only to 16 candidates in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and 05

Important instructions to the candidates

1. Candidates whose names are appearing in the above lists are required to report to the
University for the counselling/verification of the documents on 15.07.2019 at the given
reporting time mentioned above. If the Candidate fails to report on the scheduled date
and time, his/her candidature for admission will stand cancelled and no communication in
this regard will be entertained. Admission shall be given to the candidates in order of their
merit in CLAT-2019.
2. The lists have been prepared on the basis of willingness received from the
candidates and their merit in CLAT-2019. This list is provisional & subject to
verification of the claims/testimonials/certificates of the candidates.
3. The candidates are also required to bring the following documents in original & one set of
photocopies with them at the time of counselling/admission:‐
 High School/Secondary School Mark sheet and certificate in support of proof of age.
 NRI/NRI Sponsorship Certificate (in the format uploaded on the University website)
 Copy of NRI/OCI card
 Admit Card and Score Card of CLAT-2019
 Mark sheet and certificate of Intermediate or an equivalent examination.
 Mark sheet/ Grade sheet of final year of B.A. LL.B., LL.B. or any other equivalent
degree from a recognized university in case of LL.M. Candidates.
 Conduct/Character certificate from the Head of Institution last attended.
 Transfer and Migration certificate from the Institution last attended.
 Affidavit of year gap, if any
 Five color photographs (3 passport size & 02 ticket size).
4. At the time of counselling, if the candidate is found to be eligible for the admission in
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme, he/she will be required to pay Rs. 80,000.00 instantly.
He/she will also be required to submit the rest of the amount of the fee i.e. $8,000 within
next three working days. In the case of LL.M. programme, the candidate is required to

pay a sum of Rs. 50,000/- instantly at the time of counselling. Rest of the amount of the
fee i.e. US $ 5000 p.a. for the students from SAARC countries and for Non-SAARC
countries it shall be US $ 8000 p.a. The amount is required to be paid within next three
working days. The payment has to come from the bank account of the sponsorer only, in
case of NRI Sponsored candidates.
5. Apart from the above mentioned fee all the candidates must have to deposit Rs.
20,000/- towards partial payment of mess fee for the academic year 2019-20.
6. The fee must be deposited by using State Bank Collect payment gateway. The link
of State Bank Collect payment gateway is available on the University website
(www.rmlnlu.ac.in). Fee may be paid through State Bank Collect by using Net-
Banking. Fee may also be deposited in Cash or through SBI Cheque. The
candidates shall be required to enter their Admit Card No. of CLAT-2019 in the
column of Enrollment No. while depositing online fee.
The admission fees has to come from the bank account of the
Sponsorer for NRI Sponsored candidate or the NRI, as the case may be. At
the time of submitting the fees of the sponsored candidate, the sponsorer must
provide the details of the sponsored candidate (Name, father's name &
enrollment number etc. of the sponsored candidate) to the bank. The
candidates, whose fees is transferred through RTGS/NEFT are directed to
send the details of the same at the email id aao@rmlnlu.ac.in.

8. As directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the Writ Petition (Civil) No.
600/2015, admissions under NRI/NRI Sponsored Category will be subject to the
outcome of the writ petition.
9. Merely reporting for Counseling/deposition of fee doesn't entitle a candidate for

admission. Admission shall be subject to the verification of documents/ eligibility
conditions. Admission will be given on the basis of CLAT-2019 All India Rank.
