HOW: At about 12:30 PM of September 7, 2019, personnel of this Police Station led by PSSg Renier E Fotunado under the supervision of PLT LAUDEMER B. ABANG-OIC together with Bantay Dagat while conducting anti-illegal fishing operation through seaborne patrol at the territorial sea water of Brgy. Apad, Jomalig, Quezon in connection to the Oplan SACLEO when they caught the suspects while catching fish with the use of air compressor which is a violation of Municipal Fishery Ordinance 2017- 126 Section 5.1.

2. 1 Rolled air compressor hose 3. 1 air compressor 4. 1 air tank 5. MOL 5 kilos of assorted species of fish
DISPOSITION OF THE EVIDENCE: The confiscated evidence will be turned over to the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) of this municipality.
