KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ANDRELYN T. PAMITTAN, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident


of Linao East, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, do hereby name, constitute, and
appoint my mother JULIET C. PAMITTAN to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, to act in my name, place and stead, as if I were personally
present and do the following acts and things:

1. To claim and receive my check from PENSHOPPE store located at


2nd floor Mall of the Valley, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan;

2. To encash the said check with any banking and financial


institution duly authorized by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas;

3. To do, perform, execute and sign documentss on my behalf


relevant to the aforementioned;

4. Such other matters relevant to the foregoing;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-


fact full power and authority to do and perform any and every act, and
thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do
if personally present and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
all that my said attorneys-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
