SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I GRENOLD R. RAMOS, of legal age, Filipino and resident of


Barangay Dungan Concepcion Tarlac do hereby name, appoint and
constitute as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name,
place, stead BABY JANICE LIM of legal age, Filipino, and resident of
Baggao Cagayan to do the following acts, to wit:

1. To get, claim retrieve, and receive the Bail Bond/ Cash with the
Official receipt No. 9319191 C from the office of Clerk of Court of
Regional Trial Court RO2 in the amount of thirty thousand Pesos
(30, 000) IN Criminal Case no. 18865 entitled People of the
Philippines versus Grenold R. Ramos for Estafa penalized under
Art. 315 of the Revised Penal Code with Regional Trial court
Tuguegarao City Branch 1 ;
2. to encash the check representing the bailbond/ cashbond with the
bank in tha amount of Thirty thousand Pesos (30, 000);
3. to sign, process, and facilitate documents pertaining to the above –
mentioned transaction and any other legal documents that may be
required;
4. to do all other acts necessary for the attainment and
accomplishment of the above-mention transaction.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-


fact full power and authority to do and perform every act or thing
whatsoever that may be necessary to be done or caused to be done in or
about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming my
said attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
