I am forwarding the Pension Papers of Mr. Jai Krishan Bhat, I/C Administrative Officer of
this office who is superannuating from government service on 31-05-2019 afternoon for further
necessary action.
The details of Government dues which will remain outstanding on the date of retirement
of government servant and which need to be recovered out of her death-cum-retirement gratuity
are indicated below; -
1. Balance of House Building Advance. Nil.
2. Balance on Conveyance Allowance. Nil.
3. Over payment of pay and allowance including leave salary. Nil.
4. Income Tax deductible at source under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Nil.
5. Arrears of House Rent for occupation of Govt. Accommodation. Nil.
6. Amount of House Rent for retention of Govt. accommodation for
the permissible a period of one month after the date of retirement. Nil.
7. Any other assessed dues and the nature thereof. Nil.
8. Any amount of gratuity to be with-held for adjustment of un-assessed due Nil.
Your attention is invited to the list of enclosures which are forwarded herewith.
The receipt of this letter may kindly be acknowledged and this office may be informed
about the pension and death-cum-retirement gratuity alongwith Commutation.
