ATTY.
AHON JEREFE D. TUBIGON-BACANG
Regional Director
Commission on Human Rights - Caraga

Dear Atty. Tubigon-Bacang,

Greetings in St. La Salle!

I am Edracel C. Del Rosario, an incoming 3rd Year Student at the De La Salle University –
College of Law. I am writing to express my strong interest in applying as a legal intern under
the Commission on Human Rights - Caraga.

I believe that working under your office will provide me the necessary exposure as I aspire to
become a human rights lawyer in the future. It will also be an opportunity to leverage my
years of experience working under the development sector, my involvement as a student
leader, and my other engagements that I think is in line with the thrust of the Commission.

Our law school curriculum requires us to render 120 hours of apprenticeship in order for us
to enhance our skills as lawyers in the future. If possible, I intend to start my apprenticeship
before July 8 in order for me to be able to go back to Manila for the start of classes on July
22.

For more reference, I have attached my curriculum vitae. Should you have any clarifications,
you may contact me at 09177285900 or e-mail me at edz.delrosario@gmail.com. Thank you
and More Power!

Respectfully Yours,

Edracel C. Del Rosario
