BRIEF/SPECIFICATION –ECOMMERCE WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Development of a user friendly (Mobile, Tablet and Desktop) and intuitive ECOMMERCE WEBSITE
for my clothing and accessories lines.

This Ecommerce site is to be developed as a standalone platform from other Ecommerce platforms
like Shopify, Amazon, eBay and the rest but should be able to link/integrate with those Shopify,
Amazon, eBay, etc platforms where I’m currently selling my products. In brief, customers on these
platforms i.e. Amazon, Shopify, eBay and the rest should be able to visit my main platform via the
URL link.

Please note – there are few questions you must answer as part of your response to this work.

Key functionality, features and design


The site/platform must be user friendly and intuitive and must have/include:

 content management capabilities


 promotion and discount tools
 search engine optimised code and layout
 reporting tools
 an integrated blog or articles section
 email marketing integration
 space for at least 3Google AdSense on each single page
 the ability to scale up with other platforms (must be compatible and be able to
integrate with other ecommerce sites like Shopify, Amazon, Magento, WiX,
BIGCOMMERC,etc.
 sales features including processing notes and delivery tracking numbers via the
management console.
 be able to integrate and accept debit and all major credit cards payment including
Paypal etc.
 Social Media, Google Maps Link
 Account registrations – customers should have the option creating an account or
purchase items without account registration.
 Aside above, the site must have all the standard features required for an Ecommerce
platform

The owner must have the full ownership over the site. This means the tools to manage the
entire platform (website) and the administrative features must fit for my business
processes..
As a result of this, please ensure there is an education component as part of the package.

7. I confirm that I will pass on the full and relevant licenses and any patent rights as
part of the handover and I will have no right to the site, its contents and other
