Your total annual compensation will consist of fixed salary of INR 1,060,000 and an incentive target of INR 106,000. The fixed salary includes basic salary of INR 424,000, house rent allowance of INR 212,000, other allowance of INR 217,187, and other benefits such as conveyance, provident fund, leave travel allowance, medical reimbursement, children's education allowance, vehicle reimbursement, driver's salary, attire allowance, and telephone allowance.
