Super Your Laundry Shop offers services where customers can
wash and dry their clothes. The shop has 10 washing and drying machines.
The services they offer are the following: Wash – Dry – Fold which takes 40
minutes including the washing of clothes, drying and folding; Wash – Dry –
Press which takes 50 minutes including the washing, drying and pressing
clothes; Press only which only takes 20 minutes. They also products like
detergents and fabric conditioners. The shop opens at exactly 7 am daily,
they send pick-up if the service given is not face to face, they sort and label
customers clothes and arrange them into pile groups, then while the
washing is in progress, other staff source identifies new customers using
flyers and handbills. After washing the clothes it will be ironed and
packaged, when an order is ready, we call the customer and deliver. Next
day, repeat same cycle.

Super Your Laundry Shop offers services like washing your clothes with the
use of machines. Shop opens daily at 7:00 am.
The washing of clothes depends on the time provided. Super Your
Laundry Shop offers, like the assistants must do the laundry, they are the
one who will operate the machine. And the “Drop-off” which the assistants
will just drop the clothes at the shop, and they will be the one to wash and
dry it. If the customer offers Wash – Dry –Fold the involvement of two
employees who fold clothes is another sort of giving service. If the customer
avails Wash – Dry – Press service another employee is involved in the
operation which is the two presser who press the clothes using iron.
The customer has a freedom to choose which detergent should be
used. Super Your Laundry Shop also offers products like detergent, bleach,
and fabric conditioner. Their detergent can be either powder or liquid; their
bleach can be either for color clothes and white clothes and; the fabric
conditioners has different fragrance that could satisfy customer’s wants.
The shop has its own supplier, there is a delivery van who comes to them
every month.

Wash-Dry-Press can consumed in minute of 50. It is like the first one on
washing and drying which can take 30 minutes, it only varies with the
number of minutes in pressing which have minute of 20 minutes with the
total of 50 minutes per load.
