Note:Mabtab controller use switching power supply and mostly 220VAC
If voltage too low,switching power supply is not available;
If voltage too high, internal filter capacitor and varistor will be damaged .
The reason of high voltage is the supply power fluctuation(rise) or empty load
    voltage of transformer too high.
In order to protect switching power in controller,we suggest that
1. It is appropriate that decrease the empty load voltage of transformer,So,some
    user choose 190VAC power supply.
2. AC contactor power and controller power is separated especially when AC
    contactor power is variable-frequency power.

Note:All in one controller use switching power supply and mostly 24VAC
If voltage too low,switching power supply is not available;
If voltage too high,filter capacitor will be damaged and switching power supply
will not be available for voltage protection.Please pay special attention to the
switching power supply which is capacitive load and place a transformer in front
of power input for isolation.In the absence of good filtering,switching power
supply can‘t connect with the output of the inverter because high frequency
inverter has very high voltage pulse which can damage the internal varister and
filtering capacitance.Controller need connect with AC independently if use
variable-frequency power supply.

3   Analog Input:Temperature
    Resistance temperature sensor:PT100 or PT1000,shown
      as below:
    For PT100,100Ω at 0℃,138.5Ω at 100℃,which means when
    temperature changes 1℃,resistance changes 1.385Ω; Similarly,for
    PT1000,1000Ω at 0℃,1385Ω at 100℃,so PT100 and PT1000 cannot
    mix use.

4 Analog Input:Pressure
  4~20mA pressure sensor,shown as below:
 Pressure signal detected by controlleris 4~20 mA. For 1.6MPa sensor,when
 pressure is“0” ,output current is 4mA;when pressure is“1.6MPa”,output current
 is 20mA;
 For sensor with other measurement,for example,2.5MP pressure sensor,when
 pressure is “0”,output current is 4mA;when pressure is “1.6MPa”,output
 current is 14.24mA,when pressure is 2.5MPa,output current is 20mA。
 Thus,controller cannot display right pressure when sensor and controller is not a
 match .

5     Analog Input:Transformer Current
      Use current transformer to scale down high current to low current
         (1000:1;2000:1;4000:1)
      Calculate the actual current by current sample ,shown as below:
    Sample resistance R is 10Ω at 40A and 100A; 5.1Ω at 200A and 400A; 51Ω at
    600/5A
    For fan ,100Ω at 100A,51Ω at 200A,24Ω at 400A.
    User can measure the resistance in current input terminal by multimeter to make
    sure of current level.

6       Analog Output:4~20mA current output
        •    KY02S VF3、MAM-860VF/880VF/660VF/680VF variable frequence
             model connect with converter AI2(or AI1)、GND terminal
             through 4~20mA analog .VSD sourse : 4-20ma. Shown as below:
    •       Notes:
    •       VSD freq sourse selectable: current or voltage.Some inverter need choose
            current signal or pressure signal.Pay attention to inverter wiring diagram
    •       When set as current ,inverter parameter needs to be adjusted,4~20mA
            current signal is chosen.

  Voltage Testing
Controller with voltage detecting function:
  Controller have high voltage and low voltage protection by testing two phase
  voltage.For mactab controller,monitor should match with controller,otherwise,monitor
  will not display voltage error detected
Open Phase Testing
Controller without voltage detecting function:
  Controller has open phase detecting function instead. Report "phase sequence wrong"
  if any phase opens or connects reversely.(This function is not available by setting open
  phase voltage value to "0" ) Factory parameter of "voltage high protection","voltage low
  protection"should be set to "0"in 8 series controller without voltage detecting
  function ,otherwise,high voltage alarm will occur.To check if controller phase sequence
  detecting function is ok,first,you should check three terminal of input voltage and see if
  they are within the range shown in the lable and then check if threshold value of phase
  sequence protection voltage and open phase voltage correct

Phase Sequence Testing、Open Phase Testing
Voltage Range and Level
Phase sequence test needs to be classified due to hardware restriction.220V or
380V should be marked clearly .The phase sequence voltage cannot exceed 460V.
In special case,when setting is default and cables connect correct ly under
 permitted volatge supply and still controller reports phase sequence wrong.User
 can solve this problem by adjusting phase sequence protection value and open
 phase protection value instead of replacing controller.
Method as below:
Input password "0008" in factory parameter (or adjust parameter)(password
 maybe different based on different model),and set voltage threshold value for
 phase sequence protection and open phase protection .This threshold value
 should be set under voltage value(otherwise,controller will report phase
 sequence wrong).In the interface where voltage value is less than protection
 value,reset the protection value to 30% of actual minimun value displayed(value
 displayed will fluctuate).
Phase sequence protection function and open phase protection function is invalid
 by setting value to "0"

Block Control Explaination
Compressor block mode control is apply to a multipal compressors which combine a net
to supply pressure to a certain air tank.Compressor address start from No.1,and this net
allows 16 pcs controller at most work together.No. 1 compressor works as master and the
rest work as slaves.You can set load pressure,unload pressure,block quantity and delay
time in master.When press start button in master , block mode will start automatically.
Compare supply pressure and block mode pressure, select compressor to send control
command to turn on-off,stabilize air supply pressure automatically and balance running
time of compressor.

•Setting Method:
  Master set:In stop mode,press“↓”to enter interface,and select "user parameter".
   Press“→”enter operation mode ,set "communication mode":block. And
   "communication code":0001.Return to "user parameter" ,and choose "block parameter
   set" ,press “→”enter "block parameter set",set "block state":master,"block
   control":sequence,"alternating time","block quantity","block pressure min","block pressure
   max","block delay " according to user's requirment.(Notes:"block pressure min "and

Good shielded cable to connect controller communication terminal of A and B in parallel is
required in block mode control. Avoid high voltage interference in wiring, also,seperate signal

 •DEFINITIONS :
Block quantity:Set in the block parameter of master marked as 001 and16 pcs at most is allowed in the net
    including master.
Block delay:In block mode,master has to delay for a while before it sends command to the slaver
    twice(example:When master send command of turning on or loading,air tank will not get pressure
    immediately,master needs a delay time(block delay time set here) and compare air supply pressure and block
    pressure min,master will analysis if the pressure supply is less than block pressure min for a while,and sent
    command to next compressor for turning on or loading to avoid frequently on-off operation)。
Master:"Communication code" is set as 001, "block parameter" is set as master.Only one controller can set as
    master and master needs to set "block quantity","block pressure max","block pressure min" and" block delay" .
Slave:"Communication code" is set as “002-016”."Block parameter " is set as “slave”.Slave communication code is
    different from each other.
Block pressure min:Set in the block parameter.In block mode .When compressor is at standby or stop
    status,master will choose one controller to load or turn on when pressure supply is under block pressure min .
Block pressure max:Set in the block parameter.In block mode ,when some compressor is loading ,master will
    choose one controller to unload when pressure supply is beyond block pressure max.
Notes:Controller need to power off and reset after reset the communication parameter. In block control,you need
    only start the master to start network.The slave is under the control of master.Master will not start block mode
    automatically after power off and restart,you need press the button to start block control.If only slave is power off
    and restart ,slave will join the block mode automatically by the control of master.You need to stop the network by
    pressing the stop button in master,after that,master will not control slave any more.When a running compressor is
    encounter failure stop and there is a compressor at stop mode in the net, compressor at stop mode will not run by
    the command of master until master pressure supply is under the block pressure min .In this way,pressure is
    always under the limit set by user.

 Controller motor has 7 level: 10A、20A、40A、100A、200A、400A、600/5A ,
 and supporting transformer is 40A、80A、200A、400A;
• 40A controller supports transformer 40A、80A、200A;

Above 40A 、80A is 1000:1;      200A is 2000:1;          400A is 4000:1
  We here introduce 600/5A usage specially,it need secondary transformer to change
  current.First, use 600/5A transformer to change motor current to less than 5A,and then use
  40A tranformer to change current less than 5A to mA level for controller , shown as below:
