To our DepEd Oroquieta City Division Chief Education Supervisor,

Avila, to our school director, Atty. Marla Morales Avila, to our SPSGC Officer, Mr. Romulo Guansing, to our chief Accountant Ms. Monique Ratunil, to our school registrar, Mrs. Lourdes O. Paculba, members of the faculty and staff, fellow graduates, fellow MOTInians, other distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, GOOD MORNING! “Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm” –Winston Churchill It is truly a great honor for me to stand here today to speak in behalf of my fellow graduates. But it is a greater privilege representing the class of 2018-2019. Today, I have mixed feelings of delight and sorrow. Delighted because I can see how happy my fellow graduates are. After the seemingly endless of homework, quizzes, long tests and stress, we managed to survive and we did it, we were tested and molded to who we are right now. Seeing each of my batch mates’ faces somehow gives me a little flashback of the many different memories with every one of us. I know we have all shared amazing memories with each other, we cried on each other’s shoulders, we laughed to our corny jokes, and even argued like crazy but still, I see that the bonds between us will never break and that this will be something we will always have. I also see eyes slowly tearing up, which makes me feel sad because we must say our temporary goodbyes. We have grown up together and have come to know each other as a siblings. During our journey, we felt and experienced all the challenges a student must encounter. We have face memorable challenges and surpass all of them because for will to succeed, even though sometimes we say “dili nako, but our action does laban pa, kaya lagi ni” we stand up after tumbling in hardship bringing all the lessons we’ve learned, guys let’s all remember that our dreams are bigger than our problems. When I was elected as a president of the student council last year, I had fun experiences because of the people I met. The council works together and sees to it that things are accomplished, not just accomplished but accomplished beautifully. We had so many problems along the way and sometimes we need to be creative in finding solutions. To my dearest classmates and friends, we’ve been through a lot, you guys make me stronger. Thank you for believing in me during those times, thank you for being there for me I will surely miss you all. To my closest friends and to my LOL Squad family elay and eloy thank you for making the sacrifices worthwhile, for making my day complete, for sharing your lunch with me, for talking nonstop about nonsense topic, for being supportive, for caring, and for the love. And also thank you for the “laag2” goals because of you guys “na laagan ko”, but Im so thankful for that because I visited many places here at oroquieta city and also because every time when I’m with you I forgot all my problems. I will really miss our tawanan, kulitan and tampuhan moments. This part makes me emotional but I believe that in every ending there will be a new beginning. Fellow graduates you must remember that ‘’ with or without a medal, graduating in senior high school is really a big achievement in life, always remember that. To our SBO Adviser sir Lennon Leopoldo thank you very much sir for always there for us you are one of a kind. To our very supportive class adviser, Mrs. Ann Marie Chua, thank you maam for being a teacher, a friend, and a mother to all of us. Thank you for bearing with us and caring for us like we are your own children. To all the other teachers who were part of our journey in MOTI, sir Madale, sir Lennon, sir Capino, maam Daime, maam Monique, Maam Emily, kuya Earl, sir. Abacial, maam Myra Torres, Maam Tumala, Maam Aranton, Maam Gandamon, maam Operio and maam Rafols. thank you for believing in us, we may not always remember the lessons in class, the theory, the formula, the rules and concept that you taught us but we will always remember the way you shared your knowledge and experiences with us. Thank you for not giving up on us for being a second mother and father even sometimes we are so hard headed. All the memories you’ve shared to us will be treasured forever in our hearts. As the saying goes, “A good teacher explains, a superior teacher demonstrates and a great teacher inspires.” Yes! You truly inspired all of us. My gratitude goes also to our Alma Mater the Misamis Occidental Technological Institute for molding our skills and talents to make as better person, thank you for molding us to be a better person for the brighter future. Following your visions and giving quality education will cherish all the wonderful moments and experiences. Surely I’m going to miss all the great things which have happened to me in my alma mater. Because of MOTI I’ve learned many things, I know already how to be an independent one, how to be a good leader and how to handle problems. Because of MOTI I received many achievements , please allow me to share all of my achievements , we represent Oroquieta division during the Regional Festival of Talents 2017 at Cagayan de Oro city, me and Jelie Misajon are the participant of the cookery contest, it’s my privilege to represent MOTI in whole Region X, it is a big achievement for me and I will never forget it. I am also a Mr. MOTI Intramurals 2018, I won as a Best in Attire during the MOTI’S Acquaintance Party 2017 & 2018 and many more. From the deepest of my heart thank you so much to Mr. Eric Avila, Atty. Marla Morales Avila, kuya Earl, Sir Guansing, and Maam Paculba. To my mama and papa thank you for guiding, encouraging, loving and supporting to bring out the best of me. To my family, the true foundation of who and what I’ve become, you deserve to share every honor I have received and all of the things I achieved, these is all for you. In behalf of my fellow graduates I would like to express my warmest gratitude to all of our dear parents who have taught us to love and patience to be cherished in life. Thank you very much for all the support. Thank you for providing our needs, thank you for the financial and moral support. You are the light of our way that encouraged us to achieve our goals. Above all I give my deepest gratitude, he gave us strengths to face all the hardship, courage, and hope in our hearts. Thank you Lord for the unfailing and unending help and guidance at all times and for giving us blessings of life. My fellow graduates always remember this famous quote by David Frost, “Don’t aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.” Now, I would like to challenge you guys to push yourselves harder and always aim higher because in doing so, you will be successful. Guys as we move forward, we must not forget all the learnings that we gained from the people who imparted their knowledge to us. We must open our mind to grab the opportunities that approaches us. Opportunity knocks only once. May this words reminds you that what matwters the most is our existence in this world. We are the one who draws the path to succeed in life. We are the one who makes a choice. May the memories of our journey remain valued and treasured forever. We would like also to extend our gratitude to all who spend their time to be with us in this momentous event. To my friends and relatives from Ozamiz city thank you guys for coming, and also to my friends from jimenez, thank you so much for the support. As I end this message, fellow graduates Be strong, Be brave get up fight and never stop dreaming, improve and believe in yourself, share your wisdom, inspired others and think positive. It seems to be over but a new journey awaits us, just remember “Do not stop when you’re tired, stop when you’re done.” CONGRATULATIONs batch 2018-2019 we did it.
