Project context: Replacement of a patchwork of legacy applications (including the major
proprietary ERP vendor) with a platform entirely based on the Odoo
ecosystem.
Functional scope: POS, Accounting, Purchasing, PLM, Inventory and Logistics, HR,
eCommerce (backend) [in the near future: Manufacturing]

lead qualification, smart lead allocation, to closing of the sales, KPI and
sales bonus automation
Infrastructure: 6 servers, 56 vCPU, 112GB RAM and 1.2TB
Facts & figures: 700+ kiosks across 50 cities, 3000 leads handled per day and 3000+

■ Multi-instances/multi-servers high availability deployments
■ Auto-scaling/elastic Amazon Web Services (AWS) deployments (work in
progress)
○ Advanced monitoring and diagnostic: use of specialized toolset, methodology and
techniques (developed internally by Trobz R&D)
○ Integration of non-Odoo technologies including; mobile applications with React
and Business intelligence (BI) with Tableau.
