Sampling is a procedure used in research to select the representative number of

population from the total population. This small group is Sample. So, the whole
population is very difficult to use while collecting the data. Since, this study was
limited in different criteria, a small group of people which can represent the whole
population were selected, and purposive sampling procedure was used.

A questionnaire prepared for teachers and Headmasters were the major tool for
data collection. Beside this, the interview was also used as a major tool. A set of
questionnaire with 23 questions was prepared for data collection.
