(PHP120,000.00) PESOS, in hand paid to me in full satisfaction and acknowledged to have received from the buyer, BUBOY KARRERAS, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of 214 Taft Avenue Malate Manila, Metro Manila, by virtue of these presents, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY FOREVER, unto said BUBOY KARRERAS, his heirs, successors and assigns the above-described motor vehicle.
That I further declare that the above-described motorcycle is free from liens and/or encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any/all claim/s whatsoever.
