satisfaction, I hereby sell, transfer and convey by way of Absolute Sale unto GLORIA F.
ORMILLA, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of Barangay 2, Maria Aurora, Aurora, the above
described motorcycle, free from all liens and encumbrances.
