We were engaged by Hanro Developments for the final phase of their Citygate Development - a new £40m, 10,500m2 commercial office scheme at
the head of St James Boulevard in Newcastle with a brief to deliver a high quality office development that would attract the Government Office for
the North East as an anchor tenant for the building. Rather than repeating design solutions adopted for phase 1 of the development we explored a

>> Multi-Storey Car Parks

Our team has a vast amount of experience in the design of large multi-storey car parking facilities from standalone, above ground car parks in busy
town centre environments, including a futuristic mechanised car parking development which allows cars to be ‘stacked’, to undercroft car parks and
those designed to link through to existing premises such as the £8m car parking facility adjoining The Tower commercial headquarters development
in Gosforth in Newcastle upon Tyne and the new multi-storey car park built to compliment the redeveloped Red Mall at the MetroCentre shopping
and leisure complex.
