- Permohonan penambahan kursus hanya dibenarkan sehingga minggu kedua pengajian sahaja. Denda lewat penambahan akan dikenakan mulai
minggu ketiga pengajian (RUJUK TAKWIM AKADEMIK) / Application to add course is only until the second week of lecture. Penalty will be charge
starting 3rd week onwards. (REFER ACADEMIC CALENDER).
- Kursus Audit : Terpakai kepada pelajar Sarjana mod A & PhD. Pelajar mod B & C perlu melengkapkan struktur pengajian sebelum mengambil kursus Audit.
Pelajar yang mengambil kursus Audit wajib menghadiri semua kuliah/tutorial/amali dan menyiapkan semua tugasan tetapi tidak perlu menduduki
peperiksaan akhir (jika ada) / Audit Course : Applicable to Master mode A & PhD’s student. Mode B & C’s student have to fulfill the programme structure
before taking an audit course. An auditing student must attend all lectures/tutorials/practicals and complete all assignments but is not required to sit for
the final examination (if any).

- Permohonan gugur kursus hanya dibenarkan sehingga minggu ketujuh pengajian sahaja. Denda lewat gugur akan dikenakan mulai minggu kelapan
pengajian (RUJUK TAKWIM AKADEMIK) / Application for drop course is only until the week 7th of lecture. Penalty will be charge starting week 8th
onwards. (REFER ACADEMIC CALENDER).
- Sepanjang minggu gugur kursus berlangsung, pelajar boleh menggugurkan kursus melalui https://emysis.upsi.edu.my/login.jsp / Throughout drop course week,
student can drop the course via https://emysis.upsi.edu.my/login.jsp .
