This questionnaire is meant to help the researcher to determine the students’ SES. With

this, the researcher will be able to categorize her participants on who belong to low SES.

This survey helps the researcher to determine the strengths and weaknesses of students in

English as they assess their own English proficiency in speaking. With this, the researcher will
be able to determine their level of English proficiency in speaking based on the Wisconsin

Administrative Rule of English proficiency levels in speaking.

This survey helps the researcher to determine the English teachers’ observation on their

the students speaking, reading and writing skills will be evaluated easier by the researcher and

compare the evaluation to the results of students’ English proficiency survey.
