 Calculated the non-linear stiffness of tapered roller bearing by plotting the data of the bearing on Excel
 Validated the results obtained by the Finite Element Analysis of bearing using structural analysis in ANSYS

ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Flow analysis of Impinging jets in Solar Convective Furnace (B.Tech Project) (Jan’16- Till Date)
 Capturing the flow physics of developing region of impinging jet using CFD models viz RANS and LES
 Performing CFD analysis of twin asymmetric wall bounded impinging jet on small scaled industrial induction furnace
 Validating the results obtained with LDV measurements using ANSYS and further designing the solar convective furnace
All-Terrain Vehicle “Baja SAE’16” (Apr’15- Feb’16)
 Led a team of 25 to design, analyze and fabricate a single seated All-Terrain Vehicle
 Headed Braking Team, analyzed thermal and structural behaviour of designed brake disc using ANSYS
 Implemented dual master cylinder with balancing bar assembly, delivering apt. braking forces to F/R wheels
Comparing V12 engine with the horizontally opposed engine (Jul’15- Nov’15)
 Designed and compared 3 L version of Vee-12 engine of 60 degree and horizontally opposed configuration
 Analysed engine dynamically using Adams software and validated through coding & analytic approach and proposed
graphs based on theoretical functions obtained during background research using MATLAB
Derive stability lobes for milling (Jul’15- Nov’15)
 Developed an experimental Set up to derive stability lobes for Milling
 Selected milling parameters for chatter free machining thus, improving the part quality and machine productivity
 Used kistler dynamometer for force and moment analysis for milling, theoretical analysis done using MATLAB
 Calculated Frequency Response Function from recorded readings and finally obtained the stability lobe diagram
Color based sorting machine for production lines (Prototype) (Jul’15- Nov’15)
 Built a mechatronic prototype of color based sorting machine using Arduino, RGB Sensors (TCS 3200 color sensor),
Servo and stepper motors to sort the materials based on their corresponding colors
 3D printing and designing the model using Solid works and Ansys and further advancement by developing image
processing in MATLAB
Hybrid Three Wheeler Vehicle “Efficycle” (Jan’14- Oct’14)
 Designed and manufactured an environmental friendly three wheeler, two seater hybrid vehicle (electrical and human
powered) in a team of 10 giving prime considerations for safety and human ergonomics
 Developed a common sprocket dual pedaling mechanism with motor input as secondary alternate
 Performed Finite Element Analysis of Roll Cage on SolidWorks and ANSYS optimizing structural members
