Action Plan Tier 1

The action plan aims to decrease incident referrals for low SES students by 5% by June 2018 through various activities. Professional development on trauma-informed schools and book clubs on related topics will be provided to staff to help 39 staff members and 534 students. A guidance curriculum using Kelso's Choice will also be implemented school-wide to teach conflict management skills to 534 students, as measured by surveys and incident report data. The goal is to lower incident referrals from 665 to 630 for low SES students through these curriculum and professional development initiatives.
