DISINTERESTED PERSON ON THE FACT OF BIRTH

WE, MHOCKS A. DELMA and JOY G. DRES, both of legal age, Filipinos,
married and resident of Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law do hereby depose and say;

1. That we know the spouses MUSTAPHA MABANG and KUNGAN


BALATING, who were legally married under the law of the Republic of
the Philippines;

2. That NASSER BALATING MABANG, who was born on January 10,


1979 at Poblacion, Brgy. Kalawag III, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, is the
legitimate son of the above-mentioned spouses;

3. That we know of the foregoing fact as we are close friends and neighbors
of the above said spouses ;

4. That we are not related to the above-said spouses and their child either by
affinity or by consanguinity;

That we are executing this affidavit without interest, direct or indirect, but
to tell the truth of the birth of NASSER BALATING MABANG, conscious of our
responsibility in case of any falsity thereof and for whatever purpose this affidavit may
serve best.
