I, Nagarikanti Srinivasa Rao S/o.Venkata Swamy, aged about 35 years,


Hindu, resident of Ongole, Prakasam District, do hereby solemnly affirm and
sincerely state as follows:-

I am the deponent herein and Counsel for the petitioner in the above

case, and I am well acquainted with the facts of the case. The above

complaint is filed for compensation against the respondent for own damages.

The complaint enclosed to this petition could not be represented in time

due to oversight and pressure of work, the delay was occurred. There are no

intentional latches on my part in not representing the said complaint. The

delay may kindly be condoned.

Hence, I pray that the Honble Court may be pleased to condone the

delay of days in representing the complaint enclosed herewith, in the

interests of justice.
