Implements Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA) process for high risk processing
operations which could cause a catastrophic loss of life or critical injury, critical
production lines, or delay of material and services to the U.S. Government and other
customers.
Evaluates and mitigates the severity of risk and probability of an event happening
through design and application of sound safety management.
Responsible for the compliance of 61 explosive suppliers for Raytheon Missile Systems
in the continental United States and across the international spectrum.
Individually responsible for providing technical and practical knowledge, at the
technical subject matter expert level, in the field of explosive, propellants,
pyrotechnics, ammunition manufacturing, storage, transportation and disposal to
safely for the Raytheon Corporation.
Consistently and expertly manages all levels of explosive and ordnance hazards from
production to final disposal.
