Activate Mobile Banking Guide

To activate mobile banking, users can either download the M-Connect app from app stores and enter their mobile number to receive an OTP, or dial *99# on their phone and enter the mPIN received via SMS followed by the last 4 digits of their account number. After downloading the app or accessing USSD, users will create a login password and mPIN of their choosing to access mobile banking services.
