I write in behalf of my client Mr. Jim Ibanez.
Based on various documents and information made available to me, it
appears that even after several demands, your company failed to pay its outstanding balance for the services it contracted from my client for the fumigation services of MV PASCO 86 at the Port of Consuelo, Cantilan, Surigao del Sur last June 6-7, 2014. The said outstanding balance has the following details:

Particulars: Methyl Fumigation of Cargo Holds No. 1 and 2 for Vessel MV Pasco 86 with total internal space of 7,058.87 cubic meters Unit Price of Php90/cbm with a total price of Php 711, 534.10 (inclusive of 12% VAT)
My client was able to send you Three (3) demand letters already. This will be my clients last demand. My office will be waiting for your response ten (10 days) upon receipt of this letter. You can send e-mail or simply contact my number for your convenience. My client would like to reiterate that he is open to other payment schemes that your company may resort to.
Your failure to respond to this letter will leave us with no choice but to file this in court and not only ask for payment but also claim for damages and legal fees. We hope to hear from you within ten (10) days from receipt of this letter.
