Self-Declaration
I, Prof. T. Kamaraju have satisfied the following eligibility criteria to be as Supervisor / CoSupervisor of JNT University, Kakinada to supervise the Ph.D students. .
1. The faculty members (working in constituent units, research centres, affiliated institutions)
should not supervise more than Eight scholars at a time admitted in any academic year
2. In any academic year, not more than three research scholars will be allotted to supervise the
research work as Supervisor
3. Supervisors should have Ph.D qualification from State University / Central University / IITs /
IIMs / NITs / IISc or any other UGC recognized private University
4. Faculty member / Scientist should have research experience of minimum of one year duration
after completion of Ph.D
5. Faculty member / Scientist should have at least four peer reviewed National / International
Journal publications and at least one out of them should be after acquiring Ph.D
6. Faculty member interested to supervise / Co-supervise registered in JNT University Kakinada
should submit the No-objection certificate from the employer
7. Faculty member should be ratified faculty of this University to be as Supervisor / Cosupervisor, or he should be working in affiliated institutions of this University.
8. In special cases, Supervisor / Co-supervisor is considered from other state University / IIIT /
IIT/ NIT / Central University etc., subject to the condition of having Co-supervisor /
Supervisor from this University or Research Centre recognized by this University satisfying
the guidelines. Further, faculty working in affiliated institutions of the other Universities are
accepted with the approval of University, with special permission.

the discipline Management Studies for Ph.D programme. The Area of research Human Resource
Management and the topic is An Assessment of Human Capital and Performance of Banking

The faculty members working in affiliated institutions may continue to supervise / cosupervise the research scholars, provided the faculty members working in constituent
