I. PURPUSES AND REQUIMENTS
1. Purpuse:
- To introduce the culture of Vietnam Vocotruyen.
- To introduce and encorage practising movement of Vietnam Vocotruyen
all over the world.
- To promote the image of Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Vietnam Traditional Martial Arts Federation will cooperate with Ho Chi
Minh City Traditional Martial Arts Federation to organize The 1st
Championship of The World Vietnam Vocotruyen at Ho Chi Minh City in
July, 2016.

III. PARTICIPANTS
- National Vocotruyen teams.
- Teams of International Martial Schools of Vietnam Vocotruyen which
have been promoted by Vietnamese Grand Master and Master.
- Vocotruyen Federations/Associations of official and up-coming members.
- International Federations of Vietnam Vocotruyen Schools.
- Each team includes 01 Team Leader. 01 Coach and athletes participating
in demonstration and combat competition.

- Team of 3 people Bare-hand form/Weapon form (all kinds)
demonstration.
- Each athlete can register not more than 02 forms.
4. Group combating demonstration: 06 set of medals

- Each category can perform with no more than 04 athletes.

V. RULES AND EXPENSES
1. Rules: Vocotruyen Competition Rules of WFVV published in 2016.
2. Expenses
- Every teams are responsible for their expenses and other fee to participate
in the Championship.
- Registration fee for each athlete is $US 30.00 (collected by WFVV).
VI. PRIZES AND PENALTY
1. Organizing Committee will give Gold medals, Silver medals, Bronze medals
and Certificate for medalists. The ccombat competitions category will have
02 Bronze medals for each class.
2. Anyone, who is violating the Rules and Regulations of Organizing
Committee, Constitution of the Federation, Competitions Rules, Regulation
of the Championship shall get the penalty according to the current
regulations penalty levels.
3. Athletes who do not participate or give up their games without permision of
Organizing Committee shall not be recognized their achievement at the
Championship.
VII. DOCUMENTS AND REGISTRATION
1. Documents:
- Registration forms by Number and by Name of teams ( sending along
with this regulation).
- Health Certificate of each contestant in Combat Competitions Category
which issued by Authorized Medical Care Organazation and expiried 30
days to the date of competition ; Waiver Liability Form .
- Copy of ID or Passport.
- List of participants and athletes for each category.
- 02 postrait photos - size of 3x4cm (in Vocotruyen uniform).
* Registration documents are not allowed to erase or correct in any
kinds.
2. Registration:
- Entry by numbers should be submitted before 01st, May, 2016.
- Entry by name should be submitted before 15th, June, 2016.
- Registration documents should be sent to Organizing Committee via
email or fax.

VIII. OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. If there are any unclear terms, only Teams Leader or Manager has the right
to claim to Organizing Committee in written with $US 100 fee no later than
10 minutes after the game finished (Organizing Committee will give back
the fee if the Claim is correct). Every team have to comply to the final
decision of Organizing Committee.
2. All Claims about the registration documents, participants must be solved
before Draw.
3. The funny demonstration shall be rejected.
4. Every combat competitor before beginning to strike must perform 1 of 3
compulsory performance ( xe i ) .

IX. IMPLEMENTATIONS TERMS
Organizing Committee and Teams have responsibility to implement this
regulation. Only The World Federation of Vietnam Vocotruyen has the
right to adjust this regulation.
