Hello everyone. I hope you are all having a wonderful day. Allow me to
introduce myself. My name is Nguyễn Nhật Châu, a student at Nguyen Sinh
Sac Secondary School, where I am currently in 7B12 class. So, is there
anyone here who is good at a certain sport? Probably many people will
answer yes. Because, sports are suitable for all ages, as long as we have talent
and passion, we will become a bright star in the field of sports. Today, I will
represent my group to talk about a sport. Our group consists of 4 members: I
present and edit the video, Nguyen Minh Huyen composes the content,
Nguyen Hoang Nhi collects pictures, decorates the poster, Phan Kim Thao
writes the poster. Speaking of this, everyone probably still hasn't guessed
what sport we are talking about. That is volleyball, an Olympic sport, in
which 2 teams are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by
getting the ball to touch the opponent's court according to the rules. Both men
and women can participate in this sport. With volleyball, it can be played both
indoors and outdoors, often called indoor volleyball and beach volleyball. The
third is where to play volleyball. Well, we can play volleyball in volleyball
club (if you want), in the park, in the playground or on the beach,….
The next is rules of volleyball:
- There are 2 teams. A team consists of six people and a Libero.
- At the beginning of the match, the team that wins the serve is decided by
tossing a coin.
- The serving team throws the ball up, hits the ball over the net and touches
the ground in the opponent's court.
- The opposing team must return the ball over the net with a maximum of 3
touches, a person cannot touch the ball twice in a row
- The ball is only served after the referee's whistle.
Ball touch error: exceeding the above regulations.
In volleyball, the costumes or clothing have evolved with new materials,
which are more durable and much lighter; for the best performance in this
sport to highlight the agility of the athletes, volleyball players wear
- T-shirts, shorts, socks, sneakers
- knee pads. (I say this: Because of constant contact with the ground)
- Jerseys are numbered from 1 - 18.
- Play in training clothes if it is cold
There are many people who like to play volleyball, because, it has many

- Develops muscles and strengthens bones
- Loses weight
- Enhances hand-eye coordination and reflexes
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Improves mental health
In the world in particular or in Vietnam in general, there are extremely
talented and successful people in volleyball, such as Ivan Zaytsev
