EDUCATION AND RESEARCH, PUNE PROVISIONAL ALLOTMENT LETTER (2015-16) CONDITIONS FOR CENTRALIZED ALLOTMENT 1. The Candidate will have to report to the allotted college in the office time along with this letter for final admission
within scheduled time including Sundays and Public Holidays and carry all the necessary original documents with required fee on or before the last day mentioned in this provisional letter.
2. The Candidate must submit the copy of the Provisional Allotment Letter to the College/Institue at the time of
admission.
3. The Provisional Allotment will be finalized by the College authorities after verification of all original documents 4. Candidate will be considered for next round if he/she refuses his/her allotted seat after visiting to allotted
college.If candidate does not report to the allotted college to confirm or refuse allotted seat within scheduled time then he/she will not be considered for any round (Except Spot Round) thereafter and his/her candidature of Admission Procedure 2015-16 will be cancelled.
5. If the Candidate desires to refuse the seat allotted , he/she has to fill refusal form and submit the same along with
cancellation fee of Rs. 200 to the Dean/Associate Dean/Principal of any Govt/ Aided college.
6. As the admissions are done by computerised online process, Provisional Allotment Letter is issued on the basis of
the information filled by the candidate online.
It is in the responsibility of the college authority to verify the merit score, eligibility, other criteria on the basis of which the Provisional Allotment Letter is issued. After verification & satisfaction of the college authority the admission of provisionally alloted candidate will be finalised. After final admission if the candidate is found not eligible or any problem arises regarding admission, the concerned college authorities will be held responsible for the same. 7. If any discrepancy / change is observed by college authority during verification in the recorded merit, eligibility
criteria or the information concerned with the admission, the admission is liable to be rejected and college Authorities are required to fill remark against rejected student in their login on website.
8. The candidate will have to remit the Tuition Fees and other Fees as per the rule after verification of all concerned
documents and after the satisfaction of the college authority.
9. The seat allotment displayed in the provisional allotment letter is subject to Cancellation/ alteration/modification
by the competent authority to maintain / safeguard the merit, if there is any change in the merit list by way of inclusion of the candidate having higher merit in particular faculty left out by the machine error.
