OGP Pocket Card Supervisor Guide

This document provides guidance for supervisors to conduct a toolbox talk on safety rules with their team. It instructs supervisors to lead a discussion with their team about an OGP Life-Saving Rule using three questions to understand why the rule is important, what must be done to comply, and any barriers to compliance. The supervisors are advised to allow discussion time for each question, summarize the discussions, and ensure all barriers are documented and escalated if needed to remove them. The aim is for supervisors to engage their team in identifying actions to comply with and remove any blockers for the safety rule.
