Registration:
- AICF registration fee Rs.250/- for 2015-16 is compulsory for all Indian participants.
- MP registration fee Rs.100/- for 2015-16 is compulsory for all M.P. chess players.
- AICF & MP registration fee will be accepted at the venue for the convenience of the
players.
Accommodation
For GMs, IMs, WGMs, WIMs & Rating with 2300+ will be provided free furnished &
cozy accommodation.
Free Dormitory accommodation for All Participants.
The accompanying persons will have to bear their own expenses. Lodging will be on
sharing basis. Charges Rs. 2500/- shall have to be paid in advance.

For GMs, IMs, WGMs, WIMs & rating with 2400+ : Free
Rated 2000-2399 : Rs. 2000/Rated 1800-1999 : Rs. 2300/Rated 1200-1799 : Rs. 2500/

For M. P. Players (maximum) : Rs. 3000/For Bhopal Rated players
: Rs. 1000/-
For Bhopal Un-rated players : Rs. 1500/-

Late fee for entries from 1st to 3rd May 2015 : Rs. 100/Entries will also be accepted at the venue on 4th May 2015 till 15:00
Hrs. with a late fee of Rs. 200/-.
No request towards waiver of Entry fee or waiver of late fee will be
entertained.
Entries may be sent by DD favoring Academy of Chess Education,
payable at Bhopal.

Stay Venue is about 7. kms from the Bhopal Main Railway Station and 05kms from
Habibganj Railway Station.
Weather:
The Weather in Bhopal during December is expected to be cold. The minimum /
maximum temperature will be around 22/16. Degree Celsius.
Tournament Rules:
System of Play:
The tournament will be conducted as per FIDE Laws of Chess and FIDE Swiss
System with 10 rounds.
Tie Break:
In case of a tie, the latest FIDE Rules shall come in to effect.
