University (Kottayam), Calicut University (Calicut), and Goa University (Goa). I was also a subject expert in the selection committees of a few universities and colleges.

Contribution to the Corporate Life of Panjab University:


In my capacity as the Head, Department of Philosophy I had opportunities to develop the department and was able to conduct several national seminars, symposia and workshop in different areas of philosophy. I was instrumental in developing a departmental library with the help of ViceChancellor.

Read a paper on the "Religious Significance of the Concept of Atman" at the International Seminar of the World Conference of Religions on "Religions and Man" in Cochin, Kerala, India. Presented a paper on "Nature of self in Indian Philosophies: A Phenomenological Approach to the Upanishads" in the U.G.C. - ICPR sponsored seminar in GOA University in March 1998 GOA, India.
