Get your CBT forms from your Elective instructors. 2. During your vacant or anytime from 0800 2100H; 3. Present your Task Sheet and CBT forms to CBT 1 to 5 rooms, if there are vacant work station and take your CBT task; 4. Let the working scholar sign with score your CBT forms each and every time to accomplish a single CBT 5.
