Attribute - Study - Report NP Chart Format

This document contains a control chart for attribute data from an initial study. The chart monitors the proportion of nonconforming parts (p) across 62 samples from a production process. The average proportion of nonconforming parts (np) is 4.04%. Upper and lower control limits of 9.870% and 0% are established. Notes will be taken on any changes to people, materials, equipment, methods, environment, or measurement systems to help determine causes if data points exceed the control limits.
