Lagna cusp sub lord is Mars. It signifies 05 (politics) and 10

(Profession). Lagna star lord is Ketu. Ketu signifies 05th cusp and 10
through self and Mars.
It is getting the aspect of Saturn
(Democracy).
The Oath was taken during the VMD of Mars-Rahu-Saturn-Venus.
Mars denotes 05 (politics) and is in 10th cusp (Profession). Sun (09,
Government) is in the star of Mars. Rahu denotes Venus, Saturn,
Mars and Jupiter. Saturn signifies democracy. Jupiter signifies
Administration and it is in 07th house. Venus is in 05th house
(Politics). So there is combination of houses 01, 05, 07, 09 and 10
along with Saturn, Mars, Jupiter and Sun.
The elections results were declared on 16 May 2014, but the oath
ceremony was fixed on 08 Jun 2014. Astrologically, 08th June is the
date when Sun reaches Mrigashira star ruled by Mars. This is called
Mrigashira Karthe in Southern parts of India. This period is
considered auspicious than the previous transit of Sun in Rohini star.
Sun is surrounded by Venus and Jupiter on either side. Mars and
Moon are in 10th house and they are in each others star. Sun (09) is
in the star of Mars (10). The chart indicates that this is of high level
one; it signifies ruling of Kingdom, etc.
PLANETS
a) Sun is in 06th house, which is good for any Government. It is
in the star of Mars, who occupies 10th house and 10th cusp.
This is a good position for Sun.
b) Moon is lord of 08th house. It is in the star of Mars in 10th
cusp and 10th house. Since Mars is strong, so is Moon. The

mind of the Government shall be firm, strong will powered,

aggressive, and proactive, etc.
c) Mars is in own star in 10th house is considered very good for
dynamism, quick action, etc. It is very strong.
d) Mercury is retrograde in motion in Gemini. It is good for
business avenues as it is lord of 10th house. It is in the star of
Rahu, who signifies 02, 03, 10, 11 through Saturn and Mars.
Rahu also offers result of Jupiter and hence Mercury is quite
strong
for
money,
communications,
negotiations,
transportation, relations, profession, gains, construction of
buildings, industrial development, IT sector, etc.
e) Jupiter is in own star. It is lord of 01 and 04. It does not
have any signification. Only Saturn and Rahu are supporting
Jupiter.
Since Jupiter is lagna lord it can make the
Government quite orthodox and adamant in nature. Saturn
and Rahu can lead the Government to unholy alliance (01,
07), Secret money transactions (02, Jupiter), etc. Since lagna
lord Jupiter is in 07th house, the Government shall have to
give in to its partners.
f)
Venus is lord of 06 and 11 and is in 05th house and cusp.

Venus is considered strong. Since Venus is in 05th house
share and participation of more women can be expected. It
also indicates development cinema (Venus+Rahu), creativity,
etc.
g) Saturn is lord of 02nd house indicate release of funds in

installments with caution. But its position in 11th house is
considered good, when it is lord of 02nd house. The spending
pattern of the Government shall be slow and steady. Since
Saturn is conjunct with Rahu, the corruption cannot be ruled
out.
Income by the Government shall not be in
disappointment, but cannot be considered bad too.

h) The lagna is in the star of Moola in Sagittarius. Ketu is in the

05th house shall make the Government to be nervous, lack of
satisfaction, lots of thinking process, etc.
01) Cuspal sub lord of 10th house is Rahu. It is conjunct with
Saturn in 10th cusp and it conjunct with Saturn.
02) 10th house is occupied by Moon and Mars. Mars is in the star
of Moon (08) and Moon is in the star of Mars. The longevity
of the Ministry is safe.
03) Mars indicate aggressiveness, dynamism, independent
actions, lack of compassion, etc. The actions of the Ministry
shall be on these lines.
WEALTH FACTORS
Planets signify 02nd house are Saturn, Rahu, Ketu and Mercury.
Planets signify 06th house are Sun, Venus and Nodes. Planets signify
10th house are Mercury, Mars, Moon and Nodes. 11th house signified
by Venus, Saturn and Nodes. Jupiter is not signifying any of these
houses. But Saturn denotes 02 and 11 directly, which is good.
The ruling period is for five years from 2014. So it should end in
2019.

The period of Mars-Rahu shall be used for making friends without

industries, opposite parties, Central Government, investment into the
State, arranging money, etc. But the result shall not be quite faster
as Saturn is linked to Rahu and also fact that Saturn is lord of 02nd

house. But since Saturn (11) is in the star of Jupiter, the efforts shall
not go waste as Jupiter shall function as savior. But during this
period there shall not un-orthodox actions by the Government in
many ways.
The period Mars-Jupiter shall be the period when the Government
shall reach its peak by virtue of administration, position, name, fame,
strength, etc. During this period, there shall be many avenues with
regard to construction activities, business investment by outside
parties, Inflow of money, etc.
The period of Mars-Saturn, shall be average in many ways. It can
cause natural calamities in the State.
The period of Mars-Mercury, shall be good for business, IT sector,
negotiations, transactions, industrial growth, inflow of money through
business, etc.
The period of Mars-Ketu shall not be favourable, but the period of
Mars-Venus shall be good in many spheres such as cinema, art,
music, IT, etc.
In a nut-shell, mere five years shall not be sufficient for good
prosperity for the State, which is old by State, but new by
infrastructure.

01) Birth Time Rectification

As per the given time, the sub lord of lagna is Jupiter and
that of 09th cusp is Sun. Sun is in the star of Ketu in Leo,
while Ketu, being in Pisces, indicate Jupiter. Hence the time
of birth is considered correct.
02) Born near a watery place
The native was born in Kakinada town. Kakinada is close to
sea shore. Hence a watery sign connection has to be seen.
Indeed the lagna is in Aries and 04th house is Cancer, which
is a watery sign. 04th house denotes home, mother, homeland, etc.
03) Native left home place
04th house denotes home, home-land, etc. If there is link of
04th house with that of 03 / 12, it is seen that the native
moves away from native place. In this chart, Moon is lord of
04th house and it is in 03rd house. Lord of 03rd house is
Mercury, who is in 04th house. Mercury gets the aspect of
Jupiter, who is 12th lord. Hence there is a link of 03/04/12
and it is felt that the native should leave his homeland.
04) Central Government employment.
Central or Federal is signified by 09th house. Government is
signified by Sun. 10th house is for profession. 06th house is for
service. Hence if one is having these connections in the
horoscope, one shall be doing service in a Central
Government organization.
In this chart, Saturn is lord of 10 (profession) and 11 (gains).
It occupies 09th house (Central). Ketu is in the star of Saturn
in Pisces. Rahu is in Virgo gets the 10th aspect of Saturn.
Indeed Sun (Government) is in the star of Ketu in Leo.

Mars is in 06th house (service), who is lord of lagna and it is

in the star of Sun (Government). Mars is linked to Nodes. So
Nodes, either Rahu or Ketu, offers result of 09,10,11,06 and
Sun (Government).
Sub lord of 10th cusp is Mars. It is in 05th cusp. But Rahu
offers result of Mars and 06th cusp, as it is conjunct with
Mars.
Hence there is link with 06, 09, 10 and 11 along with that of
Sun for the native to get an employment in Central
Government.
05) Railway Employee
Railway is a central government organization in India. The
prime job of Railway is to transport men and material. Of
course, Airlines or a shipping Company also do the same job.
But for Railway an earthy sign is to be seen. For Airlines an
airy sign is to be seen. For Ship, a watery sign is to be seen.
So, 03rd house shall come into picture as transportation is
deciphered from 03rd house. Mercury is lord of 03rd house
from Aries and hence it signifies transportation. 04th house
signifies vehicles.
Moon is lord of 04th house. It is in Gemini, which is 3rd house.
Mercury is lord of 03rd house and it is in 04th house. It is in a
watery sign. But either 06 (service) or 10 (profession) are
not watery signs. Indeed 09 and 10 lord Saturn is in a dual
sign, which is Sagittarius.
Hence, 03, 04, 06, 09, 10 are linked along with Sun and Rahu
for native to get job in Railway. Rahu denotes Mercury (03,
06). Mercury stands for transportation, communications, etc.
Rahu is in an earthy sign.
06) Got Job in which period?
06th house indicates service, while 10th stands for profession.

WHEN COURIER WILL COME

Background Note: This query was pertaining to one of my
astrological friend who has recently purchased KP Astrology
Literature (Books & Study Materials in DVD Format). He was verbally
informed by the Seller that the materials should be sent through a
reputed courier agency on Monday 2nd December 2013 and
accordingly he will be informed about the courier details through
mail. Till at the time of judgment, i.e. on Monday 2nd December
2013, he was not informing about the status of the same, neither
verbally or through mail. So, he was self trying through horary
astrology to find the possible date when courier will expected to
come. Later evening on Monday 2nd December 2013, he was
informed by the Seller that the consignment has been dispatched
through courier and he will received the same soon within a week
and accordingly he puts the query in front of me. I have decided to
resolve the query based on horary number and time of judgment
taken by my friend keeping the hints in mind that event will fructify
within a week from the date of judgment 02-12-2013 to 08-12-2013.

Running DBA Lords are Saturn-Ketu-Rahu (from 28-10-2013 to 2712-2013) all are fruitful (common) planets, hence taken into
consideration.
Present Sookshma Lord is Ketu (from 02-12-2013 to 05-122013)
Ketu is a weak significator of grade E. Now the question arises,
should we consider Ketu? If we see, Ketu is a fruitful (common)
planet and appeared as twice under ruling planets. Under Ruling
Planets, Moons Starlord Mars replace by Ketu as Ketu posited in sign
of Mars and thus acts an agent of Mars. In horary chart, Mars is
untenanted and not being the cuspal sub lord of any cusp between 1
to 12. But Mars having stellar (positional) strength is the cuspal
starlord of 3, 7 and 11 cusps. Further, Ketu is posited in the sub of
Mercury who is untenanted and signifies all the relevant houses i.e. 3
and 11. This Mercury is the strong significator of grade A of 11th cusp
and conjoined with Moon (within 6) who is the strong significator
of grade A of 3rd cusp. So, here Ketu is most powerful or strongest
planet who signifies 3, 11 through agent of Mars and in connection
with 3 and 11 through Mercury. Thus, we cannot ignore Ketu. And
accordingly, Ketu Sookshma must be considered and should be taken
into consideration.

Now after Ketu, Venus Sookshma (05-12-2013 to 16-122013) will be run. Venus is a weak significator of grade E and
also not present under ruling planets. Thus, Venus is not a
fruitful (common) planet, hence rejected and not taken into
consideration.
Now from the above analysis, it is clear that courier will come within
end of official delivery hours (say 19:50 Hrs) up to 5th December
2013 under DBAS of Saturn-Ketu-Rahu-Ketu.
Since the event will possibly fructify within a month, we have to
check the transit of Moon.

star of Mercury. Both Mars and Mercury are present under ruling
planets. So, principally we should considered transit option
(b). As Punarphoo present, thus logically, it seems difficult that
courier will received within next day within 24 hours from the date of
dispatch. But nothing is impossible. Sometimes, a reputed and good
courier agency will delivered the courier within 24 hours from metro
or big city to another. In our case, the origin city of dispatch of
courier was Hyderabad and Destination City was Kolkata.
As explained above, Ketu is strongest among ruling planets and
posited in sub of fruitful planet (i.e. Mercury) who is also a strong

significator of the relevant houses. Thus, we must consider strongly

transit option (c).
Transit option (d) was ruled out as Venus is not a fruitful (common)
planet.
Now, the available option/dates are 03-12-2013 and 04-12-2013.
My opinion to prefer the date 04-12-2013 at first and then to
select date 03-12-2013.
Actual Outcome: The courier was received by Querent on 4th
December 2013 at around 13:00 to 14:00 Hrs, when Moon was
transiting in Sign of Jupiter (Sagittarius), in Star of Ketu (Moola), in
sub of Rahu.
Although Jupiter is not a fruitful (common) planet. Jupiter is neither
associated with DBAS nor present under ruling planets. But, in actual,
event fructify when Moon transiting in sign of Jupiter, Comments are
welcome in this regard.

To know the Timing of Transfer from a Horary Chart Prof.KSK said to
look to the houses 3,10,12,Where 3rd House is the 12th house to
4th,10th house is house of Profession and 12th house is the house of
New Environment. Hence if the 3rd Cusp SubLord Signifies 3or 10 or
12 then in the DBA of 3,10,12 there will be Change of Place
ie,Transfer.Also it is necessary to consider the 10th Cusp Sublord and
check if it signifies 1,3,5,9,12.
In the Chart given below it is found that the 3rd Cusp Sub Lord is
Mercury being the Lord of 3rd House and 6th House it is posited in 2nd
House.Mercury is in conjunction with 9th and 12th Lord Jupiter and
thus connected to 12th house.Mercury is in Star of Mars where Mars

is seen at this Time and Date, it is found that the Antara Lord MOON
is Transiting in Satabhisha Star whose Lord is the Dasa Lord RAHU
and in Sub of again RAHU. It can be observed that at the time of
Casting and at the time of Transfer the Same Sign, Star and Sub
(SAT, RAHU, RAHU) is transited by Moon.

PLANETS AND DISTANCE
The following write up shows the distance of planets:
Sun -- On average, the distance between the earth and the sun is 93
million miles.
Moon--The actual distance from Earth to Moon ranges from about
360,000 to 405,000 kilometers, depending on the position in the
Moon's orbit.
Mercury--The maximum distance occur when Earth is at its furthest
point from the Sun, and Mercury is at its maximum on the other side
of the Sun. The three objects then line up perfectly. At this point,
Mercury and Earth can be 222 million km. (138 million miles) apart.
Mars--The closest theoretical point Earth and Mars can be is when
Earth is at its aphelion (or most distant point in its orbit), and Mars is
at its closest. At this point, the two planets are separated by only
54.6 million km.
Venus--The closest possible opposition between Earth and Venus is
38 million kilometers (23.7 million miles). No planet gets closer to
Earth than Venus.
Jupiter -- Minimum Distance from Earth for Jupiter shall be 588
million km (365 million miles)
Saturn --orbits the Sun at a mean distance of 1,427,000,000 km
(887 million miles). Its proximity to Earth is never less than about 1.2
billion km (746 million miles), and its phase anglethe angle that it
makes with the Sun and Earthnever exceeds about 6. Saturn seen
from the vicinity of Earth thus always appears nearly fully illuminated,
a limitation to observation finally overcome by the sidelit and backlit
views enabled by deep-space probes

In this chart under discussions, Cancer is rising. 5th house is the
prime house for child birth, which falls in Scorpio, governed by Mars.

is a female sign. Mercury is getting the aspect of Moon (female).

It was predicted to the person who shown me this chart in 2012 that
that marriage of the native shall take place in February 2013 and the
gender of the child to be born shall be male.
The analysis went as follows with regard to marriage and child birth.
The chart was shown to me in 2012 when native was running the
VMD of Rahu-Moon. Rahu signifies houses 04, 03, 02, 8, 11 and 10
through self, Jupiter and Mercury. It also signifies Mars (01, 06, 07
and 12). But the bhukti lord Moon is only significations of 03 and 09
houses. So there will be discussions with party on marriage.
It was then predicted that when the bhukti of Mars arrives, the native
shall get married. The reasons for the same shall be deciphered from
the significations mentioned above. Accordingly native got married in
Feb 2013.
Also it was predicted in advance about gender of child that it shall be
male for this prospective bride. The analysis goes like this:
05th house is the main house for child birth. 11th house is the 5th
from 07th house (spouse). Rahu signifies 5th house. Dasha is of RahuMars. Rah signifies Mercury and Jupiter. Mercury is in Sun star
(Uthara), while Sun is in own star. Mercury (11) signifies Jupiter.
Jupiter is in own star. It is getting asp of Mars. Mars is in Venus star.
In astrology planets like Jupiter, Sun and Mars are males. Moon and
Venus are females. Rest of the planets such as Saturn, Mercury and
Nodes are eunuchs or they have no gender.
But Mars is in Venus star. Bhukti is of Mars. So naturally students
should declare child as female gender. But it is not so. Why?
Because, Venus is in the star of Rahu. Significations of Rahu have
been explained above. Hence Sun and Jupiter shall dominate the
event through Mercury and Rahu respectively.
Hence it was declared that a male child shall be born after marriage.
