Fantasy News

Skylar Mays

Lead way in near 20-point outing Mays provided a boost offensively in Thursday's contest, leading all Wolves players in shots made from three while finishing with a team-high-tying scoring total in a near 20-point performance. Mays has appeared in six contests with Iowa, averaging 14.5 points, 5.0 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game.

Sy Chatman

Reaches double figures off bench Chatman made the most of his limited time off the Wolves bench Thursday by ending as one of two second unit players and as one of seven Iowa players in double figures in scoring in a losing effort. Chatman has appeared in 23 G League outings this season, averaging 4.5 points and 2.9 rebounds per contest.

El Ellis

Shines off bench in defeat Ellis provided a nice spark off the Wolves bench in Thursday's contest, tallying a team-high-tying scoring total while finishing second among Iowa players in assists in a balanced offensive performance. Ellis has appeared in 37 contests this season, averaging 12.6 points, 4.6 assists and 3.4 rebounds per outing.

Trey Murphy

Hits four threes Friday Murphy wasn't all that efficient from within the arc Friday, but he connected on 50 percent of his three-point attempts and was responsible for four of the Pelicans' three-pointers in the loss. Murphy is enjoying a career year in his fourth NBA season, and over his last 10 outings he has averaged 25.2 points on 50.3 percent shooting (including 46.3 percent from three on 8.2 3PA/G), 5.8 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 1.1 steals over 37.6 minutes per game.

Tristen Newton

Tallies triple-double in G League Newton did it all for Iowa in Thursday's G League contest, pacing all Wolves players in rebounds and assists while finishing as one of four players with 15 or more points in a strong triple-double performance. Newton has appeared in 11 G League contests with Iowa, averaging 19.1 points, 7.0 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 1.7 steals per game.

Kelly Olynyk

Scores four points in Pels debut Olynyk played Friday for the first time since Feb. 5 and started alongside Zion Williamson and Yves Missi in the frontcourt. Though he didn't stand out on the stat sheet, Olynyk did manage to finish with a team-best plus-11 point differential, and his above-average passing ability as a big man should translate into better opportunities for Williamson, CJ McCollum and others.

Jesse Edwards

Inactive with ankle injury Edwards was one one of three Wolves not present on the floor in Thursday's G League outing while recovering from an ankle sprain. Edwards has appeared in 25 contests with Iowa, averaging 12.2 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.7 blocks and 1.5 assists per game.

Sam Merrill

Ties season high with three steals Merrill's three steals tied a team-high output with Evan Mobley on Friday, also matching a season high that was set during the Dec. 23 win over Utah. The 28-year-old sharpshooter logged his fewest minutes since the Jan. 25 loss to Houston, and his playing time could begin to dwindle while a deep Cavaliers rotation continues to get healthier. Over his last seven outings, Merrill has averaged 11.0 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 3.1 three-pointers in 24.4 minutes while shooting 45.8 percent from three-point land.

De'Andre Hunter

Instant offense off bench in win It was a very efficient 16 points off the bench for Hunter, who did his damage in the scoring department in just 19 minutes Friday. Over his four games since being acquired by the Cavaliers, the 27-year-old sharpshooter has averaged 13.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, 0.5 assists, 0.5 steals and 3.3 three-pointers in 24.0 minutes while shooting a sizzling 61.9 percent from beyond the arc. However, Hunter is likely to continue seeing fewer shots fall his way than when he was with the Hawks, and his fantasy appeal in category-based leagues still appears to be limited to points and triples.

Max Strus

Hands out season-high eight assists Strus handed out a season-high eight assists to lead the team in this area Friday, which is especially not an easy feat when both Darius Garland and Donovan Mitchell are available for the Cavaliers. Strus has settled in as a starter after missing time with an ankle injury to begin the season, as he's averaged 10.0 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 0.9 steals and 2.3 three-pointers in 26.7 minutes over his last 11 outings. Cleveland sports a fairly deep rotation at the moment, so fantasy managers should keep tabs on the veteran swingman's playing time going forward.

Zion Williamson

Efficient scoring effort Friday Williamson was held out of the Pelicans' final game before the All-Star break due to rest purposes. He was cleared to return Friday and finished as New Orleans' leading scorer, though he was limited to just four points across nine minutes in the fourth quarter as the Pelicans went 8-for-22 in the final frame. Williamson has scored at least 28 points in four of his last five outings, and over that span he has averaged 29.4 points on 67.9 percent shooting along with 5.6 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 1.8 steals over 27.2 minutes per game.

Cameron Payne

Pedestrian effort off bench Despite the nature of Friday's rout, Payne didn't see a noticeable increase in playing time while struggling to shoot the ball off the bench. The veteran guard has averaged 7.6 points, 4.3 assists, 1.1 rebounds and 0.7 three-pointers in 16.5 minutes over his last seven appearances, and Payne's fantasy value should remain capped while Jalen Brunson is healthy for the Knicks.

Precious Achiuwa

Game-high 10 rebounds Friday Despite the return of OG Anunoby (foot) on Friday, Achiuwa was able to maintain a spot in New York's starting lineup in the absence of Josh Hart (knee) and collected a game-high 10 rebounds. Achiuwa should be able to hang onto solid streaming value in fantasy leagues until the Knicks' first unit is back to full strength, with the 25-year-old big man averaging 11.6 points, 8.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.6 blocks in 35.2 minutes through eight games as starter this year.

Moses Brown

Plays 12 minutes in Mavs debut With Dallas dealing with injuries to Anthony Davis (adductor), Dereck Lively (ankle), Daniel Gafford (knee) and Dwight Powell (hip), the Mavericks signed Brown to a 10-day contract to add some depth at center. Despite coming off the bench, Brown ended up matching starting center Kessler Edwards in minutes, and the duo could have that kind of split in playing time moving forward while the Mavs use P.J. Washington at the five in small-ball lineups.

Mikal Bridges

Team-high five assists in rout After hauling in a season-high 10 rebounds in Thursday's overtime win over Chicago, Bridges didn't make nearly as much of an impact on the glass but led the team with five assists Friday. The 28-year-old swingman remains a dependable presence in New York's lineup by not missing a single game and leading the NBA in minutes this season, and he's averaged 16.2 points, 4.1 assists, 3.8 rebounds, 0.9 steals, 0.8 blocks and 1.8 three-pointers in 36.1 minutes across his last 11 contests.

P.J. Washington

Returns to score 24 points Friday Washington was cleared to play Friday after missing six of Dallas' last seven games due to a right ankle sprain. The 2019 first-round pick came out of the gate strong by scoring 20 of his 24 points in the first half and finished as the Mavericks' second-leading scorer behind Kyrie Irving (35). Washington was able to play free of a minutes restriction, which indicates that he has progressed enough in his recovery that he won't need to sit out of Sunday's game against the Warriors due to injury management.

Kyrie Irving

Scores 35 points against NOLA Irving was playing his best basketball prior to the All-Star break, and the superstar point guard didn't seem to miss a beat Friday as he led both teams in scoring while connecting on at least five three-pointers for the 11th time this season. Irving has scored at least 30 points in each of his last three games, and over that span he has shot 51.4 percent from the field and 48.3 percent from beyond the arc. Irving's efforts have helped the Mavericks win five of their last six games, and they'll look to continue that momentum into Sunday's game against Stephen Curry and the Warriors.

Donovan Mitchell

Records game-high 27 in win Mitchell finished with a highly efficient 27 points in only 26 minutes, going 10-for-15 from the floor in the blowout win Friday against New York. The star guard has scored 26 or more points in three of the last five games, helping the Cavaliers stretch their win streak to six games and improve their record to 46-10, which gives them a six-game lead over the Celtics in the Eastern Conference standings.

Zach Edey

Muted effort against Magic Edey is now on a five-game streak of scoring five points or less, and his 12 minutes were his lowest since Jan. 17 against the Spurs (seven) as the Grizzlies leaned heavily on Brandon Clarke and Santi Aldama off the bench. Edey has gone through stretches of low output on the box score, but the rookie first-round pick is capable of logging a double-double on any given night. He'll look to bounce back against Donovan Mitchell and the East-leading Cavaliers on Sunday, who could be without Jarrett Allen (hand) for that game.

Brandon Clarke

Logs double-double in reserve Clarke was able to bounce back from a muted effort during Thursday's loss to Indiana to lead the Grizzlies in rebounding Friday while registering his first double-double of the regular season. Clarke is averaging career lows in points (7.9) and rebounds (5.0) per game this season, but he is shooting 61.1 percent from the field and has been a key piece to Memphis' rotation this year.

Isaiah Mobley

Crashes glass in G League win Mobley dominated the glass Thursday in Delaware's win over Westchester, grabbing 18 boards to go along with 19 points. The 25-year-old forward averages a double-double for the Blue Coats this season, with 18.1 points and 10.0 rebounds per contest.

Mark Williams

Will play Saturday vs. Blazers Williams did not play in the second game of the Hornets' back-to-back set Thursday against the Nuggets due to conditioning, but he has been given the all clear to play Saturday. Williams is averaging 15.3 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.1 blocks over 25.2 minutes per game this season.

Judah Mintz

Scores 20 points in win Mintz struggled in the shooting department, going 5-for-17 from the field, but made up for it by being perfect at the free-throw line, hitting all six attempts and dishing out six assists. In 21 games in the G League this season, the 21-year-old guard is averaging 20.5 points, 3.3 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.6 steals per game, shooting 43.7 percent from the field.

LaMelo Ball

Fades injury report Ball was held out of Thursday's loss to the Nuggets due to right ankle injury management, but it appears the star point guard should be able to suit up Saturday. He's averaging a career-high 27.9 points per game this season along with 7.2 assists, 5.1 rebounds and 1.3 steals over 32.7 minutes. Ball's return will likely lead to Elfrid Payton retreating to the bench.

Jarred Vanderbilt

Good to go for Saturday Vanderbilt did not play in Thursday's win over the Trail Blazers due to right foot surgery management, but the 2018 second-round pick appears to have been given the green light to play in Saturday's contest. He's averaging 3.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.1 steals over 16.1 minutes per game across his 10 outings during the season.

Jacob Toppin

Hauls in 17 boards in G League It wasn't the most efficient scoring night for Toppin, but the 24-year-old did pretty much everything else Thursday and led Westchester in both rebounds and assists. He has averaged 20.0 points, 10.8 rebounds and 5.0 assists over 41.1 minutes per game over his last five G League outings.

Jarron Cumberland

Drops game-high 34 in win Cumberland put on a scoring display against Westchester, being one of four players to crack double figures for Delaware. In 14 games with the Blue Coats, the 27-year-old guard has averaged 17.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.2 steals, shooting 47.2 percent from the floor and 43.4 percent from deep.

T.J. Warren

Hits six threes in G League It was another dominant G League outing for Warren, who connected on at least six threes for the third time in his last four outings and finished Thursday's game as Westchester's leading scorer. He's averaging 26.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.4 steals over 36.9 minutes per game in the G League this season.

Ja Morant

Team-high 23 points vs. Magic Morant saw his shooting struggles from beyond the arc continue Friday when he missed all but one of his seven three-point attempts, but he did manage to lead the Grizzlies in scoring in Friday's win. The big thing for Morant was that he was able to play both games in the Grizzlies' back-to-back set, which indicates that he has progressed in his recovery from a knee injury from before the All-Star break. Morant has averaged 20.6 points, 5.6 assists and 4.8 rebounds over 31.7 minutes per game over his last five outings.

Cole Anthony

All-around effort vs. Memphis With Paolo Banchero in foul trouble, Anthony took on a larger scoring role in the first half of Friday's game, scoring 12 of his 17 points over the first 24 minutes. Anthony shifted to a more complimentary role in the second half with five assists, and his seven dimes were a game high. He's started in the Magic's last seven games due to the absence of Jalen Suggs (quadriceps), and Anthony has averaged 12.3 points on 47.8 percent shooting, 3.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.4 steals over 24.5 minutes per game.

Franz Wagner

Game-high 25 points Friday Friday was a balanced outing for Wagner, finishing as the game's leading scorer while contributing on the defensive end of the floor. He's scored at least 25 points in five of his last seven games, and over that span he has averaged 25.9 points on 49.3 percent shooting, 6.9 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 0.9 steals over 33.6 minutes per game.

Paolo Banchero

Poor shooting display Friday Banchero had as bad a start as you could in Friday's game, missing all six field-goal attempts in the first quarter while committing three personal fouls, which caused him to sit for the entire second frame. Banchero managed to bounce back by scoring 15 points in the third quarter to spark an early Magic run, but he couldn't sustain that effort into the fourth quarter. He went 1-for-7 from the field in the fourth quarter and missed the potential game-winning shot as time wound down. Banchero and the Magic will look to bounce back against the Wizards on Sunday.

Joirdon Nicholas

Game-high six turnovers in loss Although Nicholas submitted his third double-digit scoring output in the past four games, he turned the ball over a game-high six times Thursday. Across his last 10 G League appearances (five starts), the 25-year-old averages 7.1 points, 3.3 rebounds and 0.4 blocks in 14.4 minutes while shooting 49.1 percent from the field.

DaQuan Jeffries

Ruled out for Saturday Jeffries will miss a second straight game for the Hornets while dealing with right knee soreness. Charlotte will likely turn to Tidjane Salaun to help pick up the slack against Portland.

Dmytro Skapintsev

Season-high 17 points in start Skapintsev's 17 points marked a new season-high output in Thursday's start, and he turned in his fourth straight game with double-digit points. The 26-year-old big man has split his time as a starter and reserve during 17 contests in the G League regular season, and he's now averaging 9.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.2 blocks, and 1.1 steals in 26.6 minutes across nine outings with the first unit.

Svi Mykhailiuk

Back to bench Friday After starting the last four games he's played for Utah, Mykhailiuk will come off the bench in Friday's game against Oklahoma City, with Jordan Clarkson resuming his role as a starter. In 12 games as a starter, the veteran guard averaged 12.8 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game, shooting 44.3 percent from the floor and 39.1 percent from beyond the arc.

Nate Hinton

Makes impact on both ends Thursday Hinton continues to make an impact on both ends of the floor for the Hustle from the second unit, reaching double-digit scoring figures for the 16th time in 20 games and swiping multiple steals for the 10th time during the G League regular season. During this span, the 25-year-old averages 12.1 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.6 three-pointers in 26.6 minutes.

Kyle Filipowski

Coming off bench Friday vs. OKC Filipowski will retreat to the bench Friday due to Walker Kessler (thumb) being cleared to play. Filipowski started Feb. 13 against the Clippers -- which was the Jazz's final game before the All-Star break -- and he finished with a career-high 20 points along with 10 rebounds across 37 minutes.

Moussa Diabate

Helps fill in for resting Williams Though Jusuf Nurkic drew the start at center with Mark Williams (conditioning) resting for the second leg of the back-to-back set, Diabate saw the larger share of playing time. So long as head coach Charles Lee sticks with Nurkic as the top backup when Williams plays, however, Diabate looks as though he'll be the odd man out of the rotation, as was the case in Wednesday's 100-97 win over the Lakers. Diabate was available for that contest but didn't play in a coach's decision, after he had missed the Hornets' final game before the All-Star break on Feb. 12 in Orlando due to a right eye abrasion.

Teddy Allen

Provides spark off bench in win Allen provided a spark off the bench with his 19 points Thursday, hitting double scoring figures for the 13th consecutive game. Over his last 10 G League outings, the 26-year-old has averaged 17.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.1 three-pointers in 23.1 minutes.

Jaylen Clark

Resumes bench role Friday As a result of Conley returning to the starting lineup, Clark will return to a bench role in Friday's game in Houston. The 23-year-old guard is averaging 4.8 points and 1.5 rebounds in 13.5 minutes per game in a reserve role for Minnesota this season.

Jarrett Allen

Won’t return against New York After logging 20 minutes in Friday's game against the Knicks, Allen headed to the locker room with an injury on his right hand. The veteran big man will not return to the game despite negative X-rays on the injured hand. He racked up 10 points and three rebounds before leaving the game.

Charles Bassey

Good to go Friday Bassey missed the Spurs' last six games prior to the All-Star break due to a sprained MCL in his left knee. The 2021 second-round pick should see an uptick in playing time moving forward due to Victor Wembanyama (blood clot) being ruled out for the rest of the season.

Alex Reese

Inks two-way deal with Philadelphia Reese spent most of his time in the G League with the Rip City Remix during the 2024-25, playing in 16 games for the affiliate of the Portland Trail Blazers. He averaged 19.3 points per game, shooting 49.4 percent from the floor and 42.1 percent from beyond the arc.

Olivier-Maxence Prosper

Back to bench Friday Prosper started in Dallas' two games prior to the All-Star break and averaged 8.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.0 steals over 23.5 minutes per game over that span. Kessler Edwards will draw the start at center Friday while Prosper slides back to the bench.

Max Christie

Coming off bench Friday Christie started in the Mavericks' two games prior to the All-Star break and averaged 18.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.0 steals over 39.0 minutes per game over that span. Christie and Spencer Dinwiddie will come off the bench Friday due to the returns of Kyrie Irving (shoulder) and Klay Thompson (foot).

Spencer Dinwiddie

Reserve role Friday vs. NOLA Dinwiddie was in the Mavs' starting lineup against the Heat on Feb. 13, and he finished that game with 18 points, six assists and three rebounds over 36 minutes. With Kyrie Irving (shoulder) cleared to play, Dinwiddie will revert to a reserve role Friday.

Mike Conley

Cleared to play Friday After missing the last four games for the Timberwolves with a finger injury, Conley will get back on the floor Friday in Houston. The veteran guard is having a bit of a down season in Minnesota, averaging a career-low 8.2 points per game while playing a career-low 25.1 minutes per contest.

Kelly Olynyk

Starting Friday against Dallas Olynyk was traded by the Raptors to the Pelicans on Feb. 5 in a package centered around Brandon Ingram being sent to Toronto. Not only will Olynyk make his Pelicans debut Friday, but he'll be in the starting lineup alongside Zion Williamson and Yves Missi in the frontcourt. Olynyk is averaging 7.1 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists over 16.0 minutes per game this season.

Jose Alvarado

Coming off bench Friday Alvarado has started in the Pelicans' last four games and has averaged 12.5 points, 6.5 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 2.0 steals over 29.5 minutes per game over that span. He'll revert to a bench role Friday while Kelly Olynyk gets inserted into the starting lineup.

Anthony Edwards

Available vs. Houston Edwards didn't play during All-Star weekend due to a hip issue, but that won't keep him out Friday's game in Houston. The superstar guard was on a hot streak heading into the All-Star break, scoring 41 or more points in three of the last five games for the Timberwolves.

Rudy Gobert

Ruled out Friday Gobert will miss a second consecutive game due to a back issue. The veteran big man's absence will likely result in a heavier workload for Naz Reid, Jaylen Clark and Terrance Shannon against the Rockets.

Tari Eason

Starting Friday Eason was sidelined for two of the Rockets' last three games prior to the All-Star break due to lower leg discomfort, but he has been cleared to play Friday. The 2022 first-round pick has averaged 13.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.5 steals and 1.5 blocks over 31.5 minutes per game over his last four starts.

Aaron Holiday

Bench role against Minnesota After starting in Houston's loss to the Warriors ahead of the All-Star break, Holiday will come off the bench Friday against the Timberwolves. In 36 games in a bench role for the Rockets, the 28-year-old guard averaged 4.3 points, 1.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game. Tari Eason will get the start against Minnesota.

Nikola Jovic

Cleared to play Friday Jovic was added to Friday's injury report due to a stomach illness, but he's been given the green light to play. He's averaged 13.0 points, 4.3 rebounds and 4.0 assists over 29.8 minutes per game since the beginning of January.

Orlando Robinson

Set to start Friday Robinson will be a starter for Toronto on Friday when he takes on the team that gave him his first opportunity on the NBA level, the first time he's been in the starting lineup since Dec. 16, 2023. In 20 games this season, the 23-year-old big man has averaged 3.2 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.0 per game across 10.1 minutes per contest.

Jonathan Mogbo

Reverting to bench Friday The Raptors will shake things up Friday by inserting Orlando Robinson into the starting lineup while Mogbo comes off the bench. Mogbo has started in the Raptors' last four games due to the absence of Jakob Poeltl (hip), and over that span, he has averaged 8.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.8 assists, 1.0 blocks and 1.0 steals over 27.3 minutes per game.

Kyle Anderson

Coming off bench Friday Anderson was placed in the Heat's starting lineup against the Mavericks on Feb. 13 and finished with 15 points, 10 rebounds, three assists and two blocks over 27 minutes. With Bam Adebayo (knee) and Andrew Wiggins (illness) returning, Anderson and Jaime Jaquez will come off the bench Friday.

Andrew Wiggins

Set to start against Toronto Wiggins will be back in the starting lineup Friday after missing the loss to the Mavericks on Feb. 13. In his first two games with the Heat since being traded to Miami by the Warriors, the one-time NBA champion averaged 12.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks per game.

Jaime Jaquez

Coming off bench Friday Jaquez got his 11th start of the regular season Feb. 13 against the Mavericks, and he finished that game with six points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals over 23 minutes. He'll revert to a reserve role Friday as Andrew Wiggins (illness) and Bam Adebayo (knee) have both been cleared to play.

P.J. Washington

Playing with no restrictions Friday Washington has been sidelined for six of the Mavericks' last seven games due to a right ankle sprain, but the sixth-year forward out of Kentucky will play Friday without a minutes restriction. Despite the Mavericks being without Anthony Davis (adductor), Dereck Lively (ankle) and Daniel Gafford (knee), head coach Jason Kidd said Friday that Washington will likely remain at the four while Kessler Edwards serves as the center, per Mike Curtis of The Dallas Morning News. Washington averaged 18.3 points, 10.8 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.1 steals and 0.9 blocks over 34.6 minutes per game in his 10 outings prior to his ankle injury.

Vlatko Cancar

Remains out for Saturday Cancar will remain on the shelf while he recovers from arthroscopic left knee surgery that he underwent in December. There is no clear timetable for the 27-year-old's comeback, though he was able to participate in practice Wednesday, which bodes well for his potential return to game action in the near future.

Dwight Powell

Officially ruled out As expected, Powell was downgraded from doubtful to out Friday after missing Dallas' previous 14 contests due to a right hip strain. However, Powell has returned to practice, and his next chance to suit up will be Sunday's matchup with Golden State.

Jamal Murray

Expected to play Saturday Murray is expected to suit up Saturday despite a nagging knee issue. Murray averages across his last four outings, so the star guard is unlikely to operate on a minutes restriction if he's upgraded to available.

Aaron Gordon

Probable for Saturday Gordon has been managing a right calf injury for quite some time, but it doesn't appear it'll keep him off the floor Saturday against the visiting Lakers. The veteran big man has put up decent numbers this season for Denver, averaging 12.3 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game, shooting 50.7 percent from the floor and a career-high 41.6 percent from beyond the arc.

Nikola Vucevic

Likely to play Saturday Vucevic has missed only one outing this season and is expected to play while he deals with calf soreness. Over his last five games, the big man has averaged 14.0 points, 8.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists across 31.0 minutes per contest. If Vucevic is sidelined, the Bulls will have to rely on Zach Collins at center with Jalen Smith (concussion) on the shelf.

Jalen Smith

Not playing Saturday vs. Phoenix Smith entered concussion protocols following Thursday's overtime loss to the Knicks. He'll need to clear the league's concussion protocol to return, and his next opportunity to do so will be Monday against the 76ers. Zach Collins should absorb Smith's minutes as the Bulls' backup center behind Nikola Vucevic (calf).

Josh Giddey

Likely to play against Phoenix Giddey is expected to suit up Saturday despite dealing with a wrist injury. Giddey has been scorching the nets from behind the arc as of late, converting 44.0 percent of his 5.0 three-point attempts per contest across his last 10 appearances.

Ayo Dosunmu

Nursing left shoulder injury Dosunmu scored just five points on 25.0 percent shooting during Thursday's overtime loss to the Knicks, and it appears he came out of that contest worse for wear with a sore left shoulder. Dalen Terry, Kevin Huerter and Julian Phillips would be candidates to see a heavier workload off the bench should Dosumu be ruled out for Saturday's contest.

Cody Martin

Remains out for Saturday Martin was recently shipped to the Suns by the Hornets ahead of the NBA trade deadline but has been on the mend for quite some time, missing 12 straight games. It remains uncertain when the 29-year-old guard will play his first game for Phoenix as he deals with a sports hernia.

LeBron James

Probable for Saturday The Lakers continue to manage James' playing time due to a left foot injury, but he is expected to play in Saturday's marquee matchup. The superstar was a game-time decision ahead of Thursday's win over Portland due to the left foot injury, though he still posted 40 points (14-24 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 8-8 FT), eight rebounds, four assists, two steals and one block across 36 minutes. In the unlikely event that James is sidelined, Dorian Finney-Smith and Dalton Knecht could see a bump in minutes.

AJ Green

Starting Friday against Washington Green will make his sixth start of the regular season Friday and his first since Feb. 3 against the Thunder. The 25-year-old has averaged 7.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists over 22.9 minutes per game since the beginning of January, though he's shooting just 39.6 percent from the field over that span.

Ryan Rollins

Sliding back into starting five Rollins will enter the starting five Friday with Damian Lillard (hamstring) out. Rollins is averaging 9.7 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.0 steals in 23.4 minutes across his seven starting appearances this season.

Tyler Herro

Available Friday in Toronto Herro has been dealing with soreness in his right shoulder, but that won't prevent him from being on the floor Friday for Miami. The rising star is having arguably his best season in the NBA with the Heat, averaging career-high numbers in points (23.9), rebounds (5.5) and assists (5.5) while shooting a career-high 46.5 percent from the floor.

Anthony Gill

Cleared to play Friday Gill will snap a three-game absence streak Friday due to a right ankle sprain. The 32-year-old's availability shouldn't cause any waves in the rotation, as he hasn't played more than seven minutes in a game since Dec. 15.

Khris Middleton

Inserted into starting lineup Middleton hasn't played since Feb. 2, but he'll make his Wizards' debut Friday in a starting role. The veteran guard started in seven games for the Bucks this season, during which he averaged 15.7 points on 51.2 percent shooting (including 45.5 percent from three on 4.7 3PA), 5.4 rebounds and 4.9 assists over 26.0 minutes per contest. Middleton's addition to the starting lineup means Carlton Carrington -- who started in Washington's last five games -- will come off the bench.

Luka Doncic

Probable against Denver Doncic will likely play in Saturday's game against the Nuggets after sitting out in Thursday's win on the road in Portland. The superstar is still getting back into game shape as he adjusts to his new team but he should give the Lakers a big boost offensively Saturday in Denver.

Carlton Carrington

Won’t start Friday With Khris Middleton starting in his Wizards debut, Carrington will retreat to the bench. The rookie started in each of his last five appearances, during which he averaged 16.0 points, 6.0 assists and 4.8 rebounds across 36.4 minutes per contest.

Giannis Antetokounmpo

Good to go Friday Antetokounmpo will suit up for the second leg of the Bucks' back-to-back set after posting 23 points (10-14 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-5 FT), eight rebounds, four assists and one block over 24 minutes in Thursday's win over the Clippers -- his return from a six-game absence due to a strained calf. However, head coach Doc Rivers said that the superstar will remain limited Friday, meaning he'll likely continue to hover around the 25-minute mark, per Eric Nehm of The Athletic. Over his last five outings, the two-time MVP has averaged 32.4 points, 12.6 rebounds and 5.8 assists in 33.6 minutes per contest.

Miles McBride

Returning to bench McBride will be replaced by OG Anunoby in the starting lineup Friday. McBride is averaging 8.3 points, 1.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.1 steals in 21.9 minutes across his previous 10 appearances coming off the bench.

OG Anunoby

Green light to return Friday Anunoby has missed the Knicks' last six games due to a right foot injury that he suffered against the Lakers on Feb. 1. He was able to practice in full Wednesday, and the 27-year-old has progressed enough in his recovery to be cleared to play Friday. Anunoby's return will likely lead to Precious Achiuwa seeing his playing time diminish over the coming games, though the latter will remain in New York's starting lineup Friday while Miles McBride goes to the bench.

Vince Williams

Won’t play Friday Williams will sit out of the second half of the club's back-to-back set due to lingering left knee soreness. His next chance to play will come Sunday versus Cleveland. GG Jackson and Jaylen Wells are candidates for an uptick in playing time with Williams sidelined.

Jonathan Isaac

Not playing Friday Isaac was able to play through a back issue during Thursday's win over the Hawks, but he's recently come down with an illness and will be sidelined for Friday's contest. Tristan da Silva and Jett Howard are candidates to see their playing time increase due to Isaac's illness.

Cam Thomas

Won’t go Saturday Thomas will remain on the shelf for his 22nd consecutive contest due to a left hamstring strain -- he has appeared in only two outings since Nov. 27. The 23-year-old was cleared to participate in 5-on-5 scrimmages Thursday, and he'll likely continue to ease his way into playing form while he prepares for a return to game action. Thomas' next opportunity to feature will come Monday against Washington.

Dean Wade

Cleared to return Friday Wade has missed the Cavaliers' last 11 games due to a bone bruise in his right knee, but the 28-year-old is set to make his return Friday. Head coach Kenny Atkinson said Friday that Wade will be eased back into the rotation, so expect his playing time to be below the 22.8 minutes per game he had prior to his injury. Wade is averaging 6.0 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 0.9 steals this season.

D'Angelo Russell

Ruled out for Saturday Russell sustained the right ankle sprain during Thursday's loss to the Cavaliers and won't suit up for the second night of the club's back-to-back set. With the 28-year-old sidelined, Keon Johnson and Killian Hayes are candidates for an uptick in playing time. Russell's next opportunity to feature will come Monday against Washington.

Kyle Lowry

Still out for Saturday Lowry will miss his fourth straight contest Friday due to a right hip injury. The veteran guard's next chance to suit up is Monday's matchup with Chicago.

Jonathan Isaac

Downgraded to questionable After a quiet outing Thursday versus Atlanta, Isaac is in danger of missing the second game of Orlando's back-to-back. If Isaac does end up sidelined, expect Tristan da Silva and Jett Howard to see extended playing time.

Matisse Thybulle

Progressing to 3-on-3 drills Thybulle has yet to make his season debut due to a right ankle injury, and coach Billups relayed that there is no clear timetable for his return, per Highkin. The 27-year-old swingman will likely require a significant ramp-up period before he's cleared to return to game action, and he can be considered week-to-week moving forward.

Aaron Gordon

Productive in victory Thursday Gordon returned to game action after missing the club's final outing before the All-Star break due to a right calf injury. However, the absence was likely a precautionary measure, as the veteran forward has been dealing with a lingering calf injury for most of the season. Gordon has started in each of his last eight appearances, during which he has averaged 10.8 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.8 assists across 28.3 minutes per contest. He has recorded 47.7/41.2/81.0 shooting splits in that eight-game span.

Jalen Wilson

Scores double digits in loss Wilson was in double figures for the first time since being removed from the starting lineup Feb. 5. Since returning to the bench, the 24-year-old is averaging 6.6 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 24.4 minutes in five games played.

Jericho Sims

Scoreless in team debut Sims played a considerable amount of minutes in his Bucks debut, but didn't record a shot attempt. With Bobby Portis (suspension) out for an extended period of time, the former Knick appears in line to be the primary backup center to Brook Lopez.

Jonathan Isaac

Quiet in victory over ATL Isaac saw limited playing time during his return from a one-game absence in the club's final contest before the All-Star break due to a back injury. Over his last five outings, the big man has averaged 4.4 points and 4.0 rebounds in 16.0 minutes per game. Isaac will likely continue to compete for playing time in the frontcourt behind Tristan da Silva, Wendell Carter and Goga Bitadze. However, it's unlikely that Isaac will consistently receive more than 20 minutes per game in a healthy frontcourt.

Scoot Henderson

Shooting woes in return Thursday Henderson made his return to the hardwood after missing the club's final outing before the All-Star break due to a right ankle sprain. The second-year pro saw significant run off the bench during his return, though he struggled from the field in the loss. Henderson continues to serve as a key contributor for Portland off the bench, and he has averaged 13.8 points, 5.3 assists, 3.3 rebounds, 2.1 three-pointers and 1.4 steals in 26.6 minutes per contest over his last 10 outings (two starts).

Robert Williams

Solid defensive showing in loss Williams returned to game action after missing the club's last two outings before the All-Star break due to right knee soreness. The big man was efficient while impacting both sides of the court, albeit in a losing effort. Williams recorded at least two steals and two blocks for the second time this season. Moreover, those two steals account for his most swipes in a game since Nov. 12, though the 27-year-old center has appeared in only 20 regular-season games due to a litany of injuries.

Isaac Okoro

Puts up five points in return Okoro suited up for the first time since Jan. 16, after he had missed Cleveland's last 14 contests due to an AC joint sprain in his right shoulder. The 2020 first-round pick lacks a fantasy-friendly profile, and he'll likely struggle to attain relevance outside of the deepest leagues unless he moves into a larger role. His playing time seems more likely to decline than increase moving forward, as the Cavaliers are expected to get another key forward in Dean Wade (knee) back from a lengthy absence during Friday's game against the Knicks.

Amir Coffey

Quiet outing in loss Coffey returned to game action after missing the Clippers' last outing before the All-Star break due to left knee soreness. The 27-year-old received the starting nod for just the second time in February, though he didn't make much of an impact on the game while playing 30-plus minutes for the first time since Jan. 27. Over his last five outings (one start), Coffey has averaged 12.4 points and 1.6 rebounds in 24.0 minutes per contest.

Ariel Hukporti

Logs 17 minutes in OT win Hukporti hasn't had consistent playing time this season, but with Precious Achiuwa thrust into the starting lineup Thursday, the rookie also saw an uptick in playing time. Achiuwa getting minutes at power forward with OG Anunoby (foot) and Josh Hart (knee) banged up bodes well for Hukporti getting more opportunities, at least until Mitchell Robinson (ankle) makes his season debut.

Ty Jerome

Minutes down in return After missing the Cavaliers' final game before the All-Star break due to a calf strain, Jerome was back in action to begin the second half of the season. However, after averaging 24.0 minutes per game over his last 10 appearances, Jerome saw his playing time take a hit Thursday. The Cavaliers also welcomed back Isaac Okoro (shoulder) from a 14-game absence and handed him 17 minutes, leaving less playing time to go around for Cleveland's other reserves. Dean Wade (knee) looks poised to return from a long absence of his own Friday against the Knicks, so Jerome could struggle to recapture a consistent 20-plus-minute role now that the Cavaliers have all their key rotation players back in the fold.

Landry Shamet

Sees extended action in OT win Shamet has seen more playing time lately, as injuries to OG Anunoby (foot) and Josh Hart (knee) have seen a short Knicks bench get even shorter. In his last three games, the journeyman has averaged 7.3 points in 18.0 minutes per game. Should Anunoby and Hart continue to miss games, Shamet figures to continue playing more minutes.

Grayson Allen

Drops 11 points Thursday Allen made his return to game action after missing the club's final outing before the All-Star break due to left knee soreness. The 29-year-old played more than 30 minutes for the fourth time across his last five outings, though he struggled with efficiency off the bench. In that five-game span (two starts), Allen has averaged 12.2 points, 3.4 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 1.4 steals across 30.6 minutes per contest.

Tre Jones

Solid outing off bench Since being traded from the Spurs to the Bulls, Jones has operated as the team's backup point guard to Josh Giddey. In his first four appearances with Chicago, Jones is averaging 7.0 points, 1.8 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.3 steals in 16.5 minutes.

Brandon Clarke

Logs 10 minutes in loss Clarke served as the backup center to Zach Edey, a role he's frequently been in, but with less playing time than usual. The 28-year-old averaged 20.3 minutes per game in his previous 10 appearances and hadn't played this few minutes since Dec. 23, when he logged just seven.

Taurean Prince

Unexpectedly ruled out Despite being listed as probable earlier in the day, Prince has been downgraded to out Friday due to a left ankle sprain. Kyle Kuzma and Gary Trent are candidates to receive increased playing time in his absence. Prince's next chance to suit up is Sunday's matchup with Miami.

Ziaire Williams

Struggles from deep Williams has struggled with his outside shot all season, converting just 31.7 percent of his 4.1 three-point attempts per contest. Since returning to the starting lineup on Jan. 29, Williams is averaging 10.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.0 steals in 28.6 minutes on 40.3/32.5/93.3 shooting splits.

Day'Ron Sharpe

Collects four swats in defeat Sharpe came three points shy of his fourth double-double of the season Thursday, and he struggled with efficiency while putting up double-digit shot attempts for just the fifth time in the 2024-25 campaign. However, the big man's game- and season-high four blocks across only 20 minutes were the highlight of his night. Sharpe will likely continue to receive fairly consistent playing time off the bench, as he has averaged 9.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.3 blocks and 0.8 steals in 17.5 minutes per game over his last 10 outings. He has shot 59.7 percent from the field in that 10-game span.

Ben Sheppard

Contributes off bench Sheppard has been a solid secondary contributor for the Pacers all season long, but has recently seen an uptick in scoring. After making a spot start Jan. 29, the 23-year-old is averaging 8.1 points on 52.2 percent shooting in eight games played.

Scotty Pippen

Plays in garbage time Pippen barely saw the floor in Thursday's loss, entering once the game was already decided. The 24-year-old has seen his playing time decrease lately, averaging 10.4 minutes across his last five outings, a mark that is almost half his season average.

Keldon Johnson

Provides spark off bench Johnson and Julian Champagnie both led San Antonip's bench in scoring Thursday with 15 points each. While Johnson had slowly been receiving reduced playing time as of late, Victor Wembanyama being ruled out for the remainder of the 2024-25 campaign due to deep vein thrombosis in his right shoulder could open up more minutes for Johnson if the Spurs opt to utilize more small-ball lineups.

Shaedon Sharpe

Logs three triples in defeat Sharpe reached the double-digit mark in points for the sixth consecutive matchup Thursday. In that six-game span, the 21-year-old has averaged 15.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.0 steals in 25.5 minutes per contest. Despite some overall struggles shooting the rock, the third-year swingman was fairly efficient from beyond the arc against the Lakers, logging his 16th outing with three or more triples.

AJ Green

Plays heavy minutes in win Green stepped into the role of sixth man for the Bucks with Bobby Portis (suspension) on the shelf, playing 30-plus minutes for the first time since Jan. 14 and leading the bench in scoring. The sharpshooter also recorded his 20th outing with three or more triples, though he has seen a slight decline in his shooting numbers of late. Over his last 10 outings (one start), Green has shot 35.6 percent from beyond the arc compared to an impressive 42.5 percent on the season.

Michael Porter

Struggles in return Porter returned to action Thursday after missing Denver's previous three contests due to a strained left hamstring. The 26-year-old forward struggled from the field against Charlotte, failing to record double-digit points in just his fifth outing in 2024-25. Still, Porter is posting 51.8/41.4/74.6 shooting splits for the season.

Dyson Daniels

Nears double-double in loss Daniels nearly recorded his fifth double-double of the season while stuffing the stat sheet Thursday. The 21-year-old reached double-digit points for the eighth consecutive contest. However, he struggled from the field against Orlando and failed to hit a three-pointer for the third time across his last four outings. Daniels did tie the game-high mark in steals, and he has logged 29 outings with at least three swipes through 51 regular-season appearances.

Russell Westbrook

Seven assists in return Thursday Westbrook struggled with efficiency during his return from a seven-game absence due to a left hamstring strain. However, the veteran playmaker did lead the Nuggets' bench in assists during his limited run. Westbrook became a mainstay in the starting five during January, and it wouldn't come as a surprise if he eventually reclaims his role in the starting five.

Cole Anthony

Efficient in victory Despite starting off the 2024-25 campaign struggling with his outside shot, Anthony has converted 38.1 percent of his 4.2 three-point attempts per contest over his last 10 outings. Anthony is averaging 13.4 points, 3.2 assists, 3.1 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 23.5 minutes across that span.

Jerami Grant

Three swipes in loss Grant put together an abysmal night from the field during his return from a two-game absence due to right knee soreness. However, the 30-year-old forward did tie his season-high mark in steals before fouling out. Over his last five outings, Grant has averaged 12.6 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.8 three-pointers, 1.4 steals and 1.0 blocks across 35.6 minutes per contest.

Anfernee Simons

Shooting woes in defeat Simons led the Trail Blazers in assists Thursday, though he couldn't find his rhythm from the field, failing to hit a three-pointer for just the sixth time this year. The 25-year-old snapped a seven-game streak reaching the double-digit mark in points, and he has struggled a bit with efficiency of late. Over his last 10 outings, Simons has averaged 18.6 points and 6.2 assists across 32.9 minutes per game. He has shot 41.9 percent from the field in that 10-game span.

Bogdan Bogdanovic

Efficient in loss Bogdanovic was the Clippers' leading bench scorer during Thursday's loss to Milwaukee. The veteran forward is averaging 9.7 points, 2.7 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.7 rebounds in 20.3 minutes across his three appearances since joining the Clippers.

KJ Martin

Available to debut Friday Martin is available to make his Jazz debut after missing significant time due to a stress reaction in his left foot and reconditioning. The 24-year-old last played Dec. 23 as a member of the Sixers, and it wouldn't come as a surprise if he's limited during his debut. Martin averaged 6.4 points, 3.0 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 20.0 minutes per game over 24 appearances with Philadelphia.

OG Anunoby

Iffy against Cleveland Anunoby is in danger of missing his eighth consecutive contest Friday due to a sprained right foot. If Anunoby is ruled out yet again versus Cleveland, Precious Achiuwa should continue to start.

Charles Bassey

Probable Friday Bassey is likely to return from a six-game absence Friday due to a sprained MCL in his left knee. The big man will likely compete for playing time with Bismack Biyombo due to Victor Wembanyama (blood clot) having been ruled out for the remainder of the season.

Pacome Dadiet

Not on injury report Friday Dadiet is off the injury report and should be available to make his return from a multi-week absence due to a right great toe sprain. The rookie first-round pick has seen a significant amount of his playing time in the G League this season, and he is not guaranteed rotational minutes during his return.

Taurean Prince

Expected to play Friday Prince has yet to miss a game this season and isn't expected to do so Friday despite dealing with a sprained left ankle. The 30-year-old is scorching the nets from beyond the arc in 2024-25, converting 46.6 percent of his 4.1 three-point attempts per contest.

Josh Hart

Will remain out Friday After missing his first game of the season Thursday, Hart will remain sidelined for the second half of New York's back-to-back set. In his absence, Miles McBride and Precious Achiuwa are candidates for increased roles again, but OG Anunoby (foot) is questionable and may make his first appearance since Feb. 1. Hart's next chance to suit up will come Sunday in Boston.

Jalen Suggs

Remains out Friday Suggs will miss his 11th consecutive contest due to a left quad contusion. There is no clear timetable for the 23-year-old's return, though his next chance to play will come Sunday against Washington. Anthony Black and Cole Anthony should continue to receive an uptick in playing time with Suggs on the shelf.

Giannis Antetokounmpo

Likely to play Friday Antetokounmpo made his return from a six-game absence due to the calf injury in Thursday's win over the Clippers, during which he tallied 23 points (10-14 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-5 FT), eight rebounds, four assists and one block over 24 minutes. It wouldn't come as a surprise if the superstar remains under a minutes restriction during the second night of a back-to-back set, meaning Jericho Sims and Taurean Prince could continue to see a slight uptick in playing time.

Damian Lillard

Sitting out Friday After struggling with his shot during Thursday's win over the Clippers, Lillard will take a seat for the second half of Milwaukee's back-to-back set as he continues to manage a lingering hamstring injury. Lillard's next chance to suit up will come Sunday against Miami, while Ryan Rollins, Gary Trent and Kevin Porter are all candidates for increased roles against Washington.

Ayo Dosunmu

Shooting woes in loss Dosunmu failed to get much of anything going as a member of the second unit following nine consecutive starts. The 25-year-old scored fewer than six points for the first time since Dec. 23, and he has also struggled from beyond the arc of late. Over his last five outings, Dosunmu has shot only 19.0 percent from downtown.

Julian Phillips

Season highs in loss Phillips logged season highs in points and rebounds Thursday, playing 20 or more minutes for the first time since Dec. 5. The 21-year-old has received inconsistent playing time throughout the season, during which he has logged only five outings with double-digit points. Over his last five appearances, Phillips has averaged 4.8 points and 2.4 rebounds across 13.4 minutes per contest.

Yves Missi

Good to go against Dallas Missi is set to play Friday despite suffering a right knee hyperextension in New Orlean's final outing before the All-Star break. The rookie center is averaging 6.1 points, 7.7 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 26.8 minutes across his previous 10 appearances.
