Located at the First Base Gate Entrance on Pattison Avenue. For all home games, additional ticket windows are open on Citizens Bank Way.
Gate Openings
For 2024 regular season home games at Citizens Bank Park, all gates open 90 minutes prior to scheduled first pitch. On Saturdays and Sundays in September, all gates open two hours prior to scheduled first pitch.
