How does Mio pricing work?
All users within your organization require a Mio license. Mio licenses are priced per user, per month. This is inclusive of all standard implementation and support fees. Mio bills annually upfront for all plans.

Can I license a subset of users?
In order to avoid an unfavorable experience where messages might not get delivered between licensed and unlicensed users, Mio requires that all users be licensed.
Does Mio offer different plans?
