State to State Program Baden-Württemberg/Connecticut Faculty Mobility Program

As part of the successful cooperation between Baden-Württemberg and the U.S. state of Connecticut, there is to be an even greater focus on collaboration between researchers. For the calendar year 2024, the Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts of Baden-Württemberg is therefore holding out the prospect of a grant for short visits to universities in Connecticut, through which new collaborations are to be initiated and existing ones strengthened. Scientists at the nine research universities and at the six universities of education in Baden-Württemberg who are interested in working more closely with partners in Connecticut and who want to become actively involved in the state program can apply for this funding. For improved visibility of the state program, it is particularly desirable if the visit program includes students and/or doctoral students in addition to individual discussions (e.g., lecture, workshop, etc.).
