These Rules have been made by the Board of Directors of HKJC Football Betting Limited in accordance with its Memorandum and Articles of Association to govern the conduct of football betting.

These Rules may be amended from time to time by the Board of Directors of HKJC Football Betting Limited and such amendments will become effective upon approval thereof by the Board of Directors of HKJC Football Betting Limited.

A notice advising of amendments to these Rules and/or determinations and/or declarations made pursuant to these Rules will be posted on the notice boards at the Operator's Headquarters and at the Betting Locations, and no further notice will be given. A copy of these Rules is available for inspection on request at the Operator's Headquarters and at the Betting Locations, and for study at the Club's website.

All Backers tendering Football Bets with HKJC Football Betting Limited are deemed to have agreed to accept and be bound by these Rules, all amendments to these Rules, all determinations and all declarations made pursuant to these Rules from time to time.

These Rules are available in both Chinese and English versions. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English language version shall prevail.

All Participants placing Entries with HKJC Lotteries Limited are deemed to have agreed to accept and be bound by these Rules, all amendments to these Rules, and all determinations and all declarations made pursuant to these Rules from time to time.

The Club may provide certain Facilities to Operators who are authorised by or under the laws of Hong Kong to respectively conduct Betting on horse races, football matches and Lotteries in Hong Kong. These Rules have been made by the Stewards of the Jockey Club in accordance with the Club's Memorandum of Association to govern the provision of the Facilities.

These Rules may be amended from time to time by the Stewards of the Jockey Club and such amendments will become effective upon approval thereof by the Stewards of the Jockey Club and shall be binding upon all Backers and Operators who utilise the Facilities in connection with any Betting Activities.

A notice advising of amendments to these Rules and/or declarations made pursuant to these Rules will be posted on the notice boards at the Club's Headquarters and at the Club's website and no further notice will be given. A copy of these Rules is available for inspection on request at the Club's Headquarters and at the Betting Locations, and for study at the Club's website.

All Backers and Operators are deemed to have made themselves acquainted with and to have agreed to accept and be bound by these Rules and all amendments thereto.
