Unable to sign up

I am having persistent trouble signing up for google workspace. I get the message "Your payment didn't go through. Please try a different payment method or try again later." constantly when trying to pay. I have tried 4 different payment methods of debit, credit and paypal, none seem to be working. The billing address is the same as business address. I have verified payment methods but the issue continues. Please someone help me!

Hi! 

I am having the exact same problem. I was first asked to fill out an appeals form to confirm my identity, but the payment problem persisted. I have tried using the appeals form multiple times because that is the only way I can ask for help, but the answer I am getting is to go to the admin console.. But I cant, because I haven't payed yet.. But the people that receive the appeals form don't seem to read/understand/or care that I can't get to the admin console because they keep sending me that link.
Have you had any luck with this problem @sbnforthekids ?
