Flood, Lagan towpath, Belfast
This spot, below ground level, between the towpath and the Lagan Meadows is almost always damp. On my last visit J3370 : Mallard, Lagan towpath, Belfast (2) in September 2012 it was alive with mallard but only slightly flooded. Today it was extensively flooded but had only two ducks.

Some photographs taken along the towpath, between the Stranmillis weir and Belvoir Forest when the Lagan was high after two days of heavy, but not continuous, rain.
