What's not to love, honestly!! I LOVE Aligned. I love how easy it is to use and I love the analytics that we receive as sellers to help us know who is looking at the resources in the room, what resources they're spending time on, and uncovering stakeholders that are part of the decision making process that I didn't know about or that I won't have a chance to directly interact with in the sales process.

I like the ease of use that my customers feel when using Aligned! My prospects rave about how helpful it is for them to use our digital workspace when they're presenting to their Executive Teams and how they can find everything they need in one place vs shifting through tons of emails and attachments. What do you like best about Aligned?

Aligned has completely transformed my sales process! Since I started using a digital sales room, my close rate has significantly increased, and I'm closing deals faster than ever before. What do you like best about Aligned?

Love how I can succinctly gather all of the necessary documents to send to my prospects during the sales process. Beats me having to attach documents one by one. I also appreciate that I can see how many times someone has entered the room and where they spend their time.

I also had an issue recently where I couldn't get anything to load and customer support was ON IT and fixed it right away, which was so awesome. I used the chat and then a ticket via email so the CS was top notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aligned?

What I'd love to see coming is some type of roll up report - what is resonating with people - what they don't click on - maybe in the room a roadmap - like click here then here then here to take the prospect on a journey - maybe more interactive to help answer their questions during their room visit. What do you like best about Aligned?

Aligned has really helped us streamline communication with our prospects. By having all the necessary resources in one place, it significantly reduces the workload for our Account Executives and cuts down on the numerous email exchanges when sharing multiple resources. Plus, the ability to quickly chat or tag team room participants on specific parts of the room makes it easy to engage with prospects and respond to their questions quickly.The integrations are also a big plus, allowing you to directly update fields in your Salesforce objects from within the platform. What do you like best about Aligned?

The speed, simplicity and control over the sale these rooms give you is spectacular. Clients always have the best feedback when engaging in these rooms as well - They wlcome the change of pace and freedom of information. Ie helps them to be prepared and because of this, the client reacts more favourably our way. I see this time and time again.

What do you like best about Aligned?

Aligned allows me to make an incredible first impression. I work in a role where I don't sell a "product." I sell a service, which is performance marketing. Our account team has an incredible process to help track progress and map the project's direction. Aligned helps me showcase that on the front end so both sides match in attention to detail

It also helps me guide the buyer through the steps to buy. Not everyone has purchased or onboarded a marketing team before so this is a great tool to put them at ease that we know how to take control with guidance.

The downside of using aligned is you will have retrospective guilt from not using it sooner.

Aligned is solving the issue of links and attachments being lost in email threads. It puts everything in plain site and everything can be customized.

It allows me to edit or create materials inside the room whenever needed. The speed that I can do a request and produce something is much shorter.

I like how easy and fast it is to set up a room for a prospect in literally MINUTES, and how customizable it is on the fly. It's super easy to add links, embed videos...add collateral...and COMMUNICATE with your prospects. It really helps to keep track of POC and potential Partner activities. What do you like best about Aligned?

I like how I'm able to keep track of who is looking at what in relation to the deal. When the propsects start progressing by moving on from the presentations and case studies into the pricing it gives great insight as to how to engage with them. Also provides some feedback as to what assets are most compelling for certain deals. I also like how I can connect docs, videos, slides and more from Microsoft and Google tools. Aligned makes it really easy to keep everything in one place, like timelines, documents, and messages, so you don’t have to search everywhere for stuff. I liked how it helps you figure out who’s important in the deal and what they care about. The mutual action plans are cool because they make sure everyone knows what to do and when to do it.
