    What do you like best about TaxDome?

    The Client portal, where they can access docs and pay invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What do you dislike about TaxDome?

    On the higher end cost wise. Wish they had more engagement letter templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?

    Some clients are hesitant transferring documents over the internet or not sure how to scan. Being able to use the mobile app to take pictures really helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What do you like best about TaxDome?

    It is easy to set up and their help has been mostly very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What do you dislike about TaxDome?

    That things are not intuitive at times. For example I have client attorneys, financial advisors that I would like to have access to the portal but I don't want to set them up as accounts. Sending client requests is something I do everyday but it is somewhat cumbersome in the program right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?

    I can keep track of my workflow, provide a secure client portal and save documents easily in one place at a reasonable cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
