"A Broad Range of Web Controls, Combined with Robust Customization, Elevates the UI/UX Experience"
What do you like best about Progress Telerik?

Lot of web controls that are easy to implement, to enhance UIX, We love the way you can bind and use data using datasources, customization it's also very extensive, forums and online documentation are very helpful, the dojo tool its awesome. we use them in web applications like ASP.net, Java and Angular Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Telerik?

even tho, the customization it's very poweful, sometimes one can get lost in the "Theme builder app". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Progress (Telerik) Winforms/Blazor 2026"
What do you like best about Progress Telerik?

Having used both the WinForms and Blazor UI packages for a few years now, the great thing about that (plus all of the additional packages that I have access to) is the ease of implementation and the support/documentation (which is extensive to say the least). Pretty much everything has a mini-demo which makes it easy to utilise that particular component. Due to the subscription I'm on, the customer support for tickets is usually 24 hours - I've had to contact them a few times over the years when I was querying rather obscure issues and the team are more than happy to generate projects to try and replicate the problem or will suggest code snippets for me to try (which usually fixes the issue). Overall, very happy with everything they offer and they show no sign of slowing down with updates etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Telerik?

There have only been 1 or 2 instances where what I have been trying to achieve has not been possible (due to how a particular component has been built, but usually they will take what I am asking for into consideratioon for a future build), but apart from that I can't think of anything negative to say about what they offer. "High-quality Blazor controls with strong documentation and fast support"
What do you like best about Progress Telerik?

I have been using Telerik UI for Blazor in various client projects for several years now and am overall very satisfied.

I am particularly impressed by the wide selection of high-quality controls: they are not only visually appealing but also very functionally sophisticated and can be easily integrated into existing projects. Another big plus is the extensive documentation. It offers many practical examples that noticeably facilitate both getting started and daily work with the components.

The support from Progress Telerik also deserves praise. For all previous concerns, I have received quick, friendly, and dedicated help. You can tell that the team is genuinely interested in actively supporting users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Telerik?

What I like less is the new type of licensing – even though I can understand that these changes were necessary.

Additionally, it would be desirable if the Balzor Data Grid could directly edit the data classes instead of always creating a copy.

But there are workarounds for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"UI components that stopped being the reason our sprints slipped"
What do you like best about Progress Telerik?

The component library depth is genuinely hard to match from anything else we evaluated before committing to Telerik. Grids charts forms and data visualisation components that would have taken our frontend team weeks to build and test from scratch are available production ready and customisable enough that they fit our design system without looking like off the shelf parts. The consistency across components has also meant that our UI behaves predictably across different parts of the application which was a constant source of small but accumulating quality issues before we standardised on Telerik. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Telerik?

The learning curve on some of the more complex components is steeper than the documentation prepares junior developers for and getting them productive independently takes longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect Solution for Dynamic Labels"
What do you like best about Progress Telerik?

I like that Progress Telerik includes two-dimensional barcodes like QR Codes, Data Matrix, and PDF417, which I use in the prints used by our companies (especially labels that identify the products sold); 2D barcodes are increasingly demanded by customers for their ability to store a lot of information in a small space and are useful for automating the receipt of materials. The ability to have formatting dependent on the dataset being worked on is very useful. In collaboration with SQL Server, I can generate a dataset through stored procedures (with the flexibility provided by a programming language), which offers a wide range of customization possibilities. The integration with SQL Server allows me to customize the prints according to customer needs, extracting different data and allowing the prints to evolve over time, which is a great advantage. I did not encounter any difficulty in starting to use Progress Telerik as the software suppliers who call the Telerik prints had already delivered a working software and the first versions of the reports already functioning. What do you dislike about Progress Telerik?

I haven't found anything so far that represents a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful, Easy-to-Use Telerik Components for Rapid UI Development"
What do you like best about Progress Telerik?

Progress Telerik provides powerful, easy-to-use development components that allow rapid development of powerful and user-friendly user interfaces. Pricing is competitive and discounts for bundling multiple licenses and years of support make the products "easy to sell" to decision-makers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Telerik?

Grids are not optimized to natively handle large datasets, which requires custom logic to handle paging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile reporting"
What do you like best about Progress Telerik?

I use Progress Telerik to create reports included in applications and appreciate it for its ease of use, performance, and versatility. I especially value the UI controls available for MVC, WebForms, Angular, and Blazor as they cater to a wide range of needs. The initial setup was very easy, which made the transition to using it smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Telerik?

I think documentation could be improved with more advanced use cases and scenarios. Some features of the products are not available in the documentation, for example, some advanced databinding features for Reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile ASP.NET AJAX Controls Elevate Our Internal Apps"
What do you like best about Progress Telerik?

We use the asp.net ajax controls and we love how great the look on our internal applications. We also love that vast array of different types of controls available as we always find one that we need to meet our developement task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Telerik?

I think sometimes the examples could be more diverse. We have found copilot to be a great help though when need examples of code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consistent Visualization, Exceptional Support"
What do you like best about Progress Telerik?

I like the support from Progress Telerik, which is very efficient and fast. The engineers show dedication in addressing the needs. Additionally, I appreciate the extensive documentation and the availability of many sample projects to get started, which makes the process easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Telerik?

Yes, it would be interesting if they developed more code examples, because they have a lot of examples, but when one goes to program directly in CCHAR, there are hardly any examples. There are examples for Maui, examples for Maui NET Core 8 and 9, but when one tries to run them in 10, there are quite a few execution problems due to the platform change. "Streamlined Front-End UX with Robust Controls"
What do you like best about Progress Telerik?

I really like how Progress Telerik enhances the UX design of our application, providing an appealing, clean, and easy-to-use interface. The security controls feature is particularly impressive, as it allows functions to be shown or hidden based on user roles, ensuring a secure and user-specific experience. I enjoy the ease of implementation within our application, which simplifies the coding process significantly compared to building it entirely from scratch. The software saves our developers an incredible amount of time with its ready-made library for creating front-end designs, thus eliminating the need for hand-coding controls and making input validation straightforward. Furthermore, the seamless integration with Visual Studio 2022 enhances our development process. Over the years, I have appreciated how Progress Telerik introduces and improves new controls, which indicates a commitment to continuous enhancement. The initial setup was very easy, and updating the software with new releases is straightforward, enhancing our experience further. Overall, Progress Telerik has been a great asset for developing a more robust interface as our application's complexity grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Progress Telerik?

There really isn't much I dislike about the product, it works well for what we use it for and happy with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
