Motions & Oppositions

Motions and Oppositions are only filed into EXISTING CASES - these documents will not start a new case.

If you do not have a case yet, visit other parts of the website that tell you how to file a case.

Most hearing are automatically done by video.  You should get instructions from the judge's staff on how to join the meeting a few days prior.  Learn more about video and phone appearances on the Remote Hearing page.

For motions to change custody, visitation, or child support,  click here and select the "FAMILY LAW CASES: Motion to Modify Child Custody, Visitation, and Child Support" interview.
