About this ebook
It's been 10 years since Marcy has truly been in love.
She remembers her old flame like it was yesterday, but they both moved on. She's now reeling from a breakup and moving from LA and he got married and went into the Marines.
But her small escape back to the beach for some air turns into a run-in with her old flame, Jared.
She knows she shouldn't want him, but they're both now single and seem to pick up exactly where they left off those ten years ago.
And when sparks fly, will they come to terms with the love they left or give in to the lives they now lead?

To all you readers who believe in love.
The summer breeze wafted around me. It felt a little chilly though, even though the sun was still burning our skin even as it headed down towards the horizon. I just wanted to take it all in.
Megan kept asking how I was doing. I told her I was fine.
She looked at me with those light brown piercing eyes. But I grinned, feeling the stinging sun soak into my skin.
I'm serious Meg – I'm really fine.
She gave me another quizzical look, but then she sipped from her mug. We both had a pair, with chilled sparkling wine inside.
We laid out on the beach, taking the day off for girls’ day. The beach was still crowded though, the summer brought out all the locals and their friends. I looked down to my bikini, it had some purple frills on the edge, and I like the way it shimmied around me.

It filled me with a sense of freshness and the thought of something new coming my way.
This is what I needed.
The smile evident on my face.
Definitely.
The past couple of weeks had been quite interesting.
I can understand Megan's quizzical look from everything I had been through recently. But I couldn't tell her all of it.
Someone in my shoes, should be drowning herself and drinks, cursing at men and telling them that they're
